We are facing a different scenario here in Bonny Island because of LNG TRAIN 7 PROJECT, landlords in Bonny have all become greedy.
The proposed salary everyone heard about the TRAIN 7 PROJECT was just a fluke as the amount isn't what they are paying despite that the greedy landlords went ahead to increase their rents.

Imagine paying for a self contain room for 300k previously paid for 120k?

It's even cheap... Self con here in Asaba goes for 400k

2bedroom flat … budget 500k currently at A. B..A

You will not see 2bedroom flat at 500k in does area you are looking for before agent will waste your time and money looking around. But you can see fine places around for that amount.
Where I packed out last year I was paying 800k at B Line ewet housing the landlord increased it to almost 1.2m
Old house with no pop but the rooms are very big.
