They underestimated Peter Obi, now they realise that if not for massive rigging, PO will have won. Obi had SE, SS, and NC with a few states in other zones.
the 25% in 24 states wouldn't be very difficult for him cos others will find it hard reaching that number. Tinubu will be struggling to make 25% in Lagos self.
