INEC better shift the election! Even INEC as an organization needs the information from the BVAS, why are they in a rush to reset it?
It is from this case tomorrow we will know if the judiciary will play fair for the subsequent petitions. You want to reconfigure BVAS so that when the real tribunal starts, cases will be dismissed on lack of sufficient evidence.
Also, even if the court rules in INEC favor, tomorrow is Wednesday and the election is on Saturday and that's less than the 5 days they said is required to do the resetting.

This is obviously a frivolous application by INEC.
No serious judge can grant such an application

This is the way you were talking until you lost the election. Don’t you know how to accept defeat? In fact, if this election is repeated, i can assure you Obi will not win 5 states.
You mean the rigging would be scaled-up? Because no sensible person will believe that Tinubu can defeat Obi in a free and fair election. Take Lagos and Anambra as a case study. I mean Lagos that Tinubu is said to have solely built o.

The Justices will reject INEC application..

INEC said they need 5-days to re-configure the BVAS …

Tomorrow when judgement is given , it means that will be 2 days left ..

So there is no point cheesy

INEC scored an own goal …

They should have envisaged all of these , .. Does this mean they were not prepared for any litigation ?

What a daft agency

My own be say you can't tell me you spent 300 billion on only so many devices to cover the presidential elections. What nonsense. You could have asked for more if indeed you were stupid enough to have so little, why didn't you say how the process will be from the beginning and the challenges you might face. Even if reconfiguration started today will dey finish by Saturday and ship to the various locations? Nah disappointment for dey that next election

Mahmoud must step down

Those Obidients hailing and supporting him are the real devil. When they were abusing everyone, we warned them. Now they have pushed him to gallow. When you claim that Obi won it me mad, if you voted Obi in your village does it necessary mean that every Nigerian voted for Obi? Remember every region has its own candidate that they support.
We in the South West and North voted massively for Tinubu and Shettima.
