Results taken to state collation centers undergo compromise. No dey cap nonsense baba.
The right thing to do was to upload the result directly from the polling units and sort them out publics using a giant big screen while the whole Nigeria watch.

Clause 38 of the INEC Regulations and Guidelines for the Conduct of Elections, 2022 stipulates thus: “Upon completion of all the Polling Unit voting and results, procedures, the Presiding Officer shall:

-(i) Electronically transmit or transfer the result of the Polling Unit, direct to the collation system as prescribed by the commission.

-(ii) Use BVAS to upload a scan of ES8A to INEC Result Viewing Portal (IReV), as prescribed by the commission.”
This is the official INEC Guideline for the 2022 election

Let me give you an hint how the election petition will go. INEC is an independent body so as SC.

SC are not in any position to tell INEC what to do but they can make recommendations.

SC are only interested in figures which must have been in your sworn affidavits that shows you won the election . Your evidence must indicates you have the highest figure and also have the required 25% spread in 24 states.

Any arguments outside what's your own sworn affidavits won't be admitted. So start preparing your evidence now

1,2,3 set go
But Supreme Court can tell Cbn what to do with the naira abi

Nothing new. Ahmed Lawan can only gaslight the gullible. This overfed toad has never been a rubberstamp stooge for nothing. The worst Senate President ever seen in Nigeria

APC cant tell us that e-transmission of results is at INEC’s discretion when even the electoral act/law mandate INEC to do so. "Leadership is not about the next election, but rather the next generation in focus."

We cannot allow the elite to continue to deceive us with their political game and then after the elections, abandon us. Let democracy prevail

You are saying Lawan doesnt know the Electoral Act and then citing INEC regulations which are totally different. Why not ensure you understand the differences between the two instruments?

Lawan knew that he was lying then.
Fraudsters hijacked Nigeria's political process.
Fraudsters are never the most brilliant set in any society. That's why Nigeria has been sinking.

How to grab Nigeria from Fraudsters now is a big deal.
The Fraudster got Senatorial district election tickets from his goons without participating in the APC Primaries.
Ask Lawan why then he approved billions of Naira for INEC to purchase equipment for transmission of election results from the BVAS to INEC iREV in real time?

Fraudsters intent on retaining Buhari cabal in office, with old and sick Tinubu as figure head president.

Agreed that INEC may even be the one to decide( however the electoral act mandate-not allowed INEC the any choice of using electronic transmission of election results).

So a moral question is, why would the APC-that called itself a progressive party and government be afraid or opposed to a simple and a most viable democratic process of electioneering as electronic transmission of election results?

Why the irresistible urge to continue with the analogue system of voting when digital technology have made it easier? @ least our electronic banking and other ICT applications have made this possible? Why is the APC always fond of speaking on behalf of INEC?

Isnt it Obvious that APC in there progressive reasoning know an electronic transmission would depend on Network services, and if we put the reality before us into consideration Do we have reliable networks to take up such huge challenge in one day,
The transmission of polling unit is 90% reliance on the performance of 3rd party (network providers) inec used across state.so

Nigeria factor can not be undermined or ignored that was what the APC senators where pointing out that myopic minds of LP & PDP fail to see ahead.

A similar issue is the Cashless economy Emeifele is pushing ... look at the difficulty Nigerians face everyday on transfer becos our networks are overwhelmed.
