INEC's Mahmood had to deceive voters with regulations he did not adhere to, and rushed to announce false results to renew the tenure of Buhari cabal in Aso Rock, with old and ailing Tinubu to be sleeping in Aso Rock as president, while Buhari cabal continues with business as usual.
