How mistakes get you to the top of your career. Starting out in any career means making a lot of mistakes. But every mistake is an opportunity for growth. The process involves plenty of practice, learning, development, unlearning, and relearning. Failures will be plenty too. It's a journey that requires compromise and sacrifice along the way. However, the day will come when the job becomes so familiar that it feels effortless, like second nature. When the time comes, just because you can finish a task that takes others months to complete in just a few days doesn't mean the job was easy. It means you have mastered your craft and become highly efficient. Your experience and expertise have allowed you to work more quickly and effectively than someone just starting. But the value of your work lies not in how much time it takes but in the results you can deliver. Dear #recruiter or #hiring_manager Aside the fact that 99% of all jobs could be taught, do not look for 100% right answers in interview, you won't have them. Even you the interviewer did not know 80% of the things you know today when you started. Give people opportunity to learn and grow on the #job too. Interview is not cheap, and you know. It might look cheap if you are at the giving end, but when the table turns and you happen to be at the receiving end, you'll realize that #interview is not cheap. A little distraction could cause one to panic. Once panic or fear sets in, even the most experience candidate would misbehave and at times gibbers. Beside, people are not the same. Some experience candidates do not really know how to talk much during interviews. Some candidates are very good in planning and execution. Some people may be very good both with words and with executing their work. If you judge a fish with it's ability to climb a tree, you miss it. But definitely, there is a genius in everyone. It is very painful when a good, experience, committed and passionate people miss a job #opportunity so qualify and love so much.
