Yorubas travel more than the whole Nigerians. I see them all over UK, very loud people..many people don't like them abroad. Now I understand. I hate no tribe. But while in the UK, many Nigerians don't speak to Yorubas. I have never in my life played d tribe card. Na Yoruba people make me know of tribe.

Now u say useless Biafra. U don't want them to vote, u don't want to elect their person, u rig their Obi out, u don't want to give them Biafra. Na wa.

I am from Niger Delta and pained how Nigeria shares our resources and our region is polluted. We need restructuring for every region to control their resources. Q.E.D.
Reverse is the case! IGBO are the loudest abroad and people would rather relate with Yoruba to Igbo,
Not easy to trust an igbo guy abroad because they take risk,i mean anything to get money even if it requires putting your iP address or your apartment at risk
Come again let me take you to school,I lived with igbo and we were forced to leave when immigration bursted our condo,3 times in 2 months

Nonsense !

Stop being so careless can southwest person ever hold any position in Igbo land ? Or even buy land.

No !
You lots like lying to yourselves. I do think you have intelligent people till I discover there is an inherent way you guys twist fact to support your tribalistics notion.
This is on a grand scale and I would make it my responsibility to keep this lies at check.

Ireti Kingibe that won under Lp in Abuja, who voted for her. How can you win election in south east when fear couldn't allow you to tour lagos for opportunities.

Exactly our point...
This should be the last time igbos will put their mouth in an affair like Lagos gubernatorial election..

They can aspire for senate and house of rep but when it comes to lagos governorship , they should mind their business..

If any Yoruba candidate comes to Igbos for endorsement, let them tell him to go and get his tribe endorsement.. Igbos should only align with whoever the majority of the tribe agree with...

Igbo should mind their business in Lagos... Hausa don't meddle into yoruba issue like igbos do...

I repeat:

House of Rep - Igbos are allowed
Senate - Allowed
Governor - Banned till Jesus comes and even if Jesus comes, igbos are not allowed.

Igbos are in Lagos. A good number of these Igbo will have more to do with Lagos than Igbo land. You will continue to look behind your back. You will continue to use thuggery for election rigging till you lose your sanity. Anytime you lose focus your worst fears will materialize. Don't forget Nigeria is still one

Onne port is worse than Lagos port. I have people there too. Tell the government to give the region a seaport. This will be better and save everybody the stress of other people encroaching their space and land. Onne is not Igbo land and they don't speak Igbo. When did Monday sit at home start? A region is being terrorised and the government is not doing anything to help the people. Do you expect the people to fight armed terrorist group? Na wa
N3TRAL:

The US is building the biggest embassy in the world at Lagos. The US, UK, Germany, France etc cannot build embassies/ high commissions in States where they are not allowed to operate on Monday. They can't build embassies in States where their safety isn't assured. It's not like they are building the facilities in Benue or Zamfara or Yobe.

In my Niger Delta, we're now a ghost town. Companies and investors have fled because all we did was kidnap them and make the environment hostile for them. Misinformed agitators disrupted production processes because they felt entitled to special dues for having the companies on their land. When they ran away, they relocated to the South West.

There are ports working in the South South. I have friends working in Onne port in Rivers State for instance.

It's high time we stopped blaming others.

Thanks for your clarification and for being mature in your response.
I think you made a lot of sense.
I didn't know about the administrative divisions. Many of us confuse Lagos as a megacity with Lagos State. I am still learning
Well, Lagosians should decide how they should be ruled. I don't live in Lagos so it's not really my business.

I am from Lagos state and I know a lot about its history.
I do not know everything about Lagos state after very actively studying the history for more than 30 years.
There are forests with monkeys in Lagos state
There are places where you find 20 ft snakes in Lagos state
And there are communities that have no electricity and are off grid.
A large part of the people used to be fishermen and are victims of Lagos development because they lost livelihood and lands but they are very peaceful and accommodating. Not all Yorubas are like that
It is important to respect indigenes and their ways
Sometimes Ibos talk in a way that is very offensive and disrespectful
That did not start today

In January 1966 after killing Balewa,Akintola,Hello in a coup
https://dailytrust.com/january-15-1966-coup/
Posters, stickers, postcards, cartoons displaying the murdered Sardauna begging Major Nzeogwu at the gates of heaven or Balewa burning outright in pits of hell or Nzeogwu standing St. George-like on Sardauna, the defeated dragon, began to show up across Northern towns and cities. These provocations were so pervasive that they warranted the promulgation of Decree 44 of 1966 banning them”

We all know what followed

What would Ibos have been saying if GVR had won and how would that end
Some things are too existential to play with
Before cutting Down a tree think and plan for where and how it would fall

People like this foolish bigoted man shouldn’t be allowed to use social media. Infact, Nigeria is too volatile to be an entity.

At this point, I dare say Nigeria can never be one. We’re just deceiving ourselves.
Nigeria remain one up till today but no one can talk of tomorrow. Ibos or whatever are too proud and pride leads to destruction. What you can not take don't ever do it to another person. In this country Yoriba is the most accommodative tribe, that is why you people want to it for granted. If you know you have political ambition, after you have made money in Lagos go to your state and contest. After all" omo ale lo ma nfi owo osi juwe ile baba" if you are proud of your fatherland go their and contest. Thank you.
