Elections were held in those wards apart from 16 PU's. They were cancelled, primarily as a result of over voting. Where there's over voting, the PU gets ZERO and it's cancelled.

You can only reschedule election in a PU when election didn't hold as a result of violence, BVAS malfunction and a few others. That judgment by the COLLATION OFFICER was wrong
