True talk.
Naso my landlord out of annoyance when his wife said she suffer for nine months during the pregnancy period, then landlord said thank God that his delivered but he was pregnant for 21 years from feeding, clothing and other basic necessities at home and he doesn't know when he is going to deliver.

Yes yes yes
They are quick to say they carried the child in their wombs for 9 months but most often than none no one gives a fuccking fucck about the mental, emotional and fainancal sacrifices the father has to make just to make sure the family is save and well taking care of for decades.

This is not usually true because children knows that their mum works & sees all her efforts. The see their Dad's own two

And I am telling you that in most cases the children don't see neither they know about their fathers efforts in a family because 99% of the time, his love andsacrifice are shown through the wife/mother and unfortunately, some wife will rather die than to tell they children about their fathers love and sacrifices thereby keeping all the glory and praises for themselves.....

Probably because he has spent everything he has on house rent, school fees, transportation and given the rest to mom for housekeeping, until the next salary cycle.
Some of you will not understand the dynamics of being a father, especially the salary earners, in the typical African society.

God bless you immediately

That's why when people choose their Mom ahead of dad or give more to Mom dad than I jus shake my head for their ignorance

You guys should start to learn how to present father's love to the world.
He shaped you to be a strong and careful person which you equally wish you will be like him in some way.
No father is expected to be a sisi in the home. I'm a father and I can't let selfishness make me loose guards, because I want my children to be "I love Daddy" and then destroy their masculinity.

Don't mind them. Until you are a father and maybe married to a woman who is somehow, that is when you will know the struggles of a father.

I remember how my mom used to try to poison my mind against my dad back then.

Coming from a broken home & living with my mom from a very tender age, I always crave for my dad because I “saw” him as a caring father back when we all lived together as a nuclear family.

Growing a little older, I’ll always visit him at work & he would pamper me with food & money, which my mom was not really happy with.

I remember how my mom would always paint my dad as irresponsible & uncaring, but he was always giving me stuffs when I visited him at work as kid. So I didn’t believe my mom or take her seriously.

She would get angry anytime she found out I went to see my dad & begin to abuse me emotionally; sometimes physically.

Later as I grew older I came to understand that my dad no “try” at all. And that he was actually a deadbeat. I won’t mention how I found out.

I later realized he was transferring the “hate” he had towards my mom to me & had really been taking care of his other family. But he only gave me peanut & would even complain like I’m bugging him.

Soon as I noticed that, cut all communication with him & won’t even want to see him again.

He has tried to establish connections through phone calls, visiting & the likes but I blocked him out completely.

Most fathers are actually guilty even though it may seem as if the mother poisoned the mind of the children against them.

Like in one of my posts, I’ve learnt how avoid a woman like mom when I see one far off and not be a man like my father.

Reason why no one of them is getting shishi From the 100k.

Your dad kept reaching out to you though. Doesn't sound like a deadbeat dad to me. I guess your mom won the battle then
