What course did u do in bachelor program?. I don't think getting admission there is that difficult, if u could meet their requirements. A friend of mine got admission there, but her own is two yrs diploma in business management

Hello everyone, please I am looking forward to applying to post graduate diploma in international business in NBCC for September 2024 intake. I have 2.30 of 4.0cgpa even though the admission requirement is 2.0 of 4.0 cgpa and will like to know how competitive their admission is because i find it their tuition fee cheap and i need to apply early if must get an opportunity for my desired intake.

Also, i wouldn't mind if i can get recommendations on Uni/colleges in atlantic provinces for pgc or pgd business administration or international business with high acceptance rate

have you applied for visa? You can apply to get another LOA when your visa is out. You don't need to inform Ircc after your visa has been granted.I advice you do the change of institution in Canada. No go play blues on your reggae

Thanks for your response. I have applied for visa but the deadline for tuition payment is this Saturday that’s why I am deferring to September from may but my course is closed for September. I am thinking of going for another related course in same school for September.

You can add it in brackets in the beneficiary section or you can use the upload additional documents option and upload the payment instructions from Flywire. I did the both

Hello pls I want to make payment for my tution fee in Salford university and they asked me to use Flywire. Pls how do I go about it. Will I still use formA and will it take so long like the 3month also ?

Here are my questions and I will appreciate your comments.

1. For POF, Can I use a domiciliary account along with a Naira account? Like using dollar account to proof the funds in Naira account. All funds are currently in domiciliary account with solid evidence as it’s a salary account. But I want to take advantage of the black market rate and convert USD to naira, so POF in naira can be calculated with CBN rate of CAD/NG 340.
Can I use my dollar account to explain the source of funds in my Naira account? I have pay slips and bank statements of the dollar account up to 3 years!

2. I’m studying a 2-years course, tuition is $18k, must my POF cover for the entire duration or just the first year + living expenses will suffice? Please Give comments based on your experience or someone you know.

3. I’ve processed the first semester tuition using CBN form A, and this may take up to 2 months.. I plan to apply for study permit/visa afterwards.. Do you think the gap between admission offer and study permit application is not too wide?

Looking forward to comments to clear my doubts.
Thanks guys.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by kellyaa: 2:41pm On Mar 23, 2023
Does the CAD43k include living expenses and all associated cost of attendance or just tuition?

All these monies you mentioned seems not to be very accessible to you immediately. Also. You may need to do a more indept explanation in your letter of explanation.

If you are married, is tour family going with you? If yes then you need to get more funds to cover them and explain better your proof of home ties.

All the best.

Christyiji:
Good morning people..

Pls I need an assistance on what to do right now.
I was refused visa on the ground of the following according to VO;

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay. I am refusing ur application because you have not established that you will leave Canada , based on the following factors;

1. Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family members), if applicable)

2. I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intent to pursue.

3. I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available resources , without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period.

I am going for Masters of Management in University of Windsor, and my tuition fee is 43,000cad in total. I showed N8,351,000 in my uncle'S bank statement, N6,000,000 in my cousin's bank statement and N3,000,000 in my bank statement because they are my sponsors though I am married. Meanwhile, I have already paid 4,000cad for tuition deposit.

So, now my family members are contributing money for my studies which according to my sister, they planned giving me N10,000,000 and my that my uncle that was my sponsor want to transfer the N8,315,000 to my account while he will do a gift deed to that effect. So now concerning my family's contribution, how best am I supposed to show the funds, should they deposit it individually into my account or is it better one of them gather it in his/her account and send it my own account?

Good day all, I apply in one of the university in Canada for a masters program, University of Regina (UofR) to be precise, however there was a mistake in one of the referee emails addressed, during the early part of my application, I have tried writing to graduate studies department for corrections of this mistake on the email address, right email address sent to them explaining my challenge that it can't be corrected on student applications summery portal, however they kept referring me to the student application summary portal, in which I have written to them (graduate studies) , numerous times that it can't be corrected on the portal, Plc I need help on what to do or has any one gone through this before should assist, because have been going front and back on this. Is frustrating since December.
you can edit the email address. I was able to edit mine

Its very difficult logging in via this Gckey.

It keeps logging off, saying invalid etc.

Each program has its own requirements however, they look at your WAEC/NECO result more. Anyways, my spouse is going for a nursing program which is quite competitive. She only has one C in her WAEC and was admitted. Although she submitted her degree transcript (over 4.0 cgpa) and WES evaluation, I doubt if those were a key factors.

They will definitely ask for medicals. Just chill and give time nd be prayerful while waiting. They will soon request for medicals nd it will change from “you do not need a medical exam” to “we have requested for a medical exam check your message”
All d best

IRCC has developed their system such that no one can predict their ways, so there is no specific time allotted for a particular stage, they could all be working in the background. I think since you are in the UK they might not request for medicals but just be prepared in case they ask.

Thanks

I gave my application to an agent to handle it for me due to the issues of POF. He applied on February 23. I went for biometric on March 13th. Since then I have not heard anything from him. Today I just decided to check my application status through : Application Status tracker. And I discovered they sent this on 14th, meanwhile the agent is not aware. Now I can't reach him. Please what do you think this message can contain

Hello everyone,

i just two admission letters to Georgian College and St Lawrence College for Spring to study Project Management. But I have a few questions:
1. Both are one year courses. Will that affect plans for PPR
2. Is there a better school to choose from between them? Fees are close enough to be indifferent.
3. Can I switch to a two year course when I get to the schools - I am a bit worried about the short length of the courses for a subsequent work permit. But there is the issue of looking suspicious to a visa officer going to a college for two years in the middle of an 'okay' career
4. Can I apply for a new work permit in Canada after the first one expires
5. Finally, can i move to a different school in canada when I get there. i am considering moving to the atlantic region because of provincial nominations

Really sorry about the very many questions

Good evening Sir/Ma,

Please I am about to submit my application to Georgian College for Project Management Certificates.

I want to know the difference between this and masters degree program.

Also, I will appreciate all info you can give me on Project Management since it is what you are currently doing (I presume).

I will also love to know if I can send you a DM Sir to ask further questions and get further assistance.

Thanks so much

What did they send on 14th? please let us know the exact thing that was sent.

That being said, as much as using agents takes the stress off, heavy reliance on agents is always discouraged. Even when using them, you should be part of the process from start to finish. People have been banned due not the lackadaisical attitude of some agents. Please take note of this going forward.

Isn’t this a long journey? Because now you’ll task yourself with explaining a lump sum when you could just provide the documentation you have already and prove that it’s your salary account.

“Due to the issues of POF”
Does this mean the agent will use a doctored statement? Because if so then you know the consequences.

But which application status tracker did you use and what did you say they sent?
