That could be a biometrics instruction letter if you’re a first time applicant. This one that you can’t reach your agent, you have just 30 days to submit your biometrics and 9 days is gone already, so you have to find that agent by fire and by force.

No specific idea what the Post Graduate Certificate is about bro but it looks as though you need to have obtained a bachelor's degree to be eligible for the Masters and Post Graduate programs, unlike the diploma program which is a post-secondary program that requires at least a NECO or WAEC.

Google his phone number to see what comes up.

If he is on IG or Facebook and you have his details, check through his profile for possible family connections and reach out to them.

Someone may be able to get across to him on your behalf.

When you finally get across to him, quietly request for your login details (hope you are not owing him because he won't release it if you are owing him)

He picked my calls few minutes back and he told me not to worry that he would check when he is able to log in.

He wouldn't give me the login details because he collected half of the agreed service charges.

D person u should be discussing this with is ur lawyer not us. only a lawyer drafts and put his stamp on a Deed.

Then to answer your question, I think your brother is eligible to travel 1 month before his start date to avoid being sent back at the POE.

Canada nah heaven on earth oo and the VOs are the angels looking at our documents. So please don’t sound like you are frustrated seeing lots of questions like this, everyone has different experiences, there’s nothing wrong in declaring a gift deed that my sister gifted me all the money after all the money is already in my account. I’m just looking at it from another angle which is wil they be concern my elder sister is giving me such money when she isn’t my father. I don’t know how they think we can only imagine how they could think, that’s the best way we can handle such issues. Also in respect to lawyers I only shared a sample of gift deed format for you to read I’m not saying anyone here will put stamp or sign it, I know where to go get that done. You can always change your institution or program when you arrive Canada. Since your permit is already approved, don’t change it while you’re here, else you’ll have to submit another study permit application.

Hello everyone, I'm presently studying Pol sci and Intl rel but i just started a transportation business. My plan is to study intl business or business administration or business management next year. My question is, is it possible for vo to refuse my application asking why i'll want to spend millions to study the course on a new business also can i be refused based on purpose of studies? i heard its okay to study post graduate program related to the previous course of study or something related to the present career one is into. please i need clarification on this.

I didn’t mean to be harsh. Don’t complicate tins, just do a gift deed of 4.5m as long as she’s related to u nd she’s financially capable to gift u such money. Even if she gift u 10m it’s not too much if she can afford it nd u prove ur relationship with her nd show proof of previous supports nd probably her proof of financial capabilities such as her business or income to make it stronger

My question is, is there a good chance of getting PR with a 1 year PGWP after a 1year graduate certificate program?
In my research of PR requirements for some provinces it seems they are requiring at least 1 year or 2 years work experience. If so, can one apply for PR while still on the 1 year PGWP as it would not be up to year at the time of filing for Provincial nomination.
I am a bit confused on this and don't want to commit myself to this journey only to get stuck midway since PR is the ultimate goal?!.

The project my wife was part of ended Dec 2021, it’s a year project and She was pregnant as at the time the project ended so we didn’t bother looking for another job since she was pregnant and now Our baby is 10months. How do we convincingly explain this to VO. Since people talks about career progression is important and being employed can also serves as home-ties.

2.I am the one sponsoring her and I intend going with her and the baby How visible is this?

3. We have Deed of Assignment of a parcel of landed property in Mr and Mrs my full name, it was stamped in the court. Can we submit the deed of assignment only or we must provide survey plan, meanwhile we don’t it have yet?

4. Does MyBankStatement shows details of account transactions?

5. I was denied US tourist visa in 2018, on the basis of no strong home ties, and since I intend going with my wife should we mention it on her LOE or not?

He can travel as soon as his visa is out. The fact that he has family there(you) will be an easy explanation at the POE of why he arrived early
