This is the comment I was waiting for.

I swear Tinubu na master player.

Why win Osun and lose presidency? If APC is able to prove over-voting and certificate disqualification...it will set precedence for the Presidential tribunal.

So, the game is...let them win and use the same precedence to win Presidential case

Nigerians are funny people. Now our judiciary is working and is the best. But I hope Nigerians we say the same thing when the judiciary will affirm Tinubu election and throw away the petitions of Obi and Atiku.

Good... Congratulations ..
Oga Oyetola would be the real MVP if he cease to pursue the case further to the Supreme Court, but that's up to him sha, even though I know his urchins would keep pushing him. He should calm down and allow for peace Biko .

ORIENTATION101:
if SC uphold this result , politicians will rig shameless except inec want to do their job by strictly monitoring like what they did in abia and Enugu.
If not for bvas pdp would have won abia.

Bvas really hurt the politicians, anything to make it a goner will be their joy. If all Nigerians are truly sincere we must insist on bvas. But with the way adeleke supporters were threatening violence, what do you expect?

A lot of you saying Obi's case would be affected by virtue of BVAS not enough to prove over voting. Obi isn't relying on over voting rather votes substitution and qualification basis.

Again, according to the new electoral law, governorship, senatorial or HoR ends at the Appeal court, any other appeal is to God. Only presidential appeal gets to the supreme court

Let justice be that, if they can defend the case, I don't think the tribunal will throw away their petitions

Rigging with old method, when a new law exists.......

There will be a lot of staggered elections once all court cases are done with, thanks to INEC for being an arm of the APC..

You see the justices meticulously followed the electoral laws 2022 vis a viz the Nigeria constitution.

Not those beer parlour judges at the tribunal... How do you expect to be a Justice when you see white and call it black? kia
please throw more light for some of us to understand.

True.affirmation of the manual voters register has also made it harder but the apex court might overrule it as the register is also in the bvas

the most important bvas data is how many people were accredited on the day of voting at a particular polling unit. If we can not be sincere with that, forget bvas

LP did not have agents at every polling unit so that will be difficult as well

There is no case in that Appeal.

One of the most difficult things in this world is proving over-voting in our Presidential elections. The only dynamics in that case is the FCT (25%), others will just be legal gymnastics.

ORIENTATION101:
if supreme court affirms the judgment of appeal court, it means bvas alone can't be used to prove over-voting.
You need voters register of all polling units🙆🏿‍♀

Going by what APC and government can do, they may trade that osun for presidential elections, just to have a way for soft landing. And all matters that has been treated in the court of law like drug case against tinubu and abuja 25 percent stuff won't hold for labour party.
Interesting times ahead.

So, to you, the agbado party is different from the umbrella. The faster you know these two parties are one and the same, the better.
Don’t be fooled by their distinct names, they are both cancers to the Nigerian polity

Who said your judiciary is working.

The Appeal court justices have done what they have always been doing, just as they did in Ihedioha vs Uzodimma, and many others.

Where your useless politicians mobilize all their resources to buy judgements has always been at the Supreme court.

No one will ever say your judiciary is working until the SC, which is the main representative of the country's judiciary health, starts living up to its expectations.

These cases do not get to Supreme Court. It ends at the Court of Appeal.
