But court ordered INEC to allow LP to inspect the BVAS before configuration. So it's going to be a tough case but I think court will not be happy with INEC because they disobeyed their order.

Not really. The problem with Osun is that the primary and secondary source had different data. In Obi's case, the assumption is that Inec transferred completely the data from the primary source to the server so the server though a secondary source becomes the primary data.

Also, there are ways to still recover the data from BVAS even though it was reconfigured.

Also, LP isn't liable here. The appeal court (the same court in charge of the presidential tribunal) gave LP an order to inspect the BVAS which Inec refused. Same court hereafter asked that LP be given access once the backup is complete since Inec signed an affidavit that the server report won't differ from the BVAS data. So there is no issues here. The Appeal court can't overrule itself. They were the once that okayed the server report for LP because of the governorship election, they can't then turn back during the tribunal.

Based on what happened in osun,the server report will obviously differ from bvas.the full data will only be complete maybe by April.what Lp has is incomplete.they have already alleged overvoting in some states based on server report

Before it was wiped out,it was transferred or transmitted to inec server and it will take a long time for it to be fully uploaded in the server.obi has to wait till the full upload is ready
