My brother in my own opinion u have done very well with ur POF so far, just add dis little more nd leave d part payment of school fees like that. People have been approved without paying a dime, u have tried like that. Use ur mom as home ties nd also if u can use ur job or any property u have. And I hope u included future plans in ur SOP, that is, how whatever program u going for will link u back home nd be useful.
U will need ur mom company or school registration document, international passport nd most likely ur birth certificate nd family picture. Always try to have proves for anything u say in ur application, VO will not just believe it because u said it. U have to prove it.
With all this u good to go. Back it up with prayers

I have a question because I am even confuse,I was refused recently for family ties outside Canada not significant and funds not in my account.. My Paternal sponsor who happened to be in Canada have transferred the remaining funds from his Nigeria account to mine.
Now,I want to reapply.
1. Will I apply as self sponsor who received a gift deed for the remaining funds.
2. Will I show his bank statement?
3. I have the source of income document which is his retirement pension saving in Nigeria.
4. In my LOE, I don't need to talk about his location since I was refused based on that perviously?

I appreciate your response, please I need help

I’m confused

I was refused visa last month based on
- Insufficient funds not available
- Family ties outside Canada

My Paternal Uncle based in Canada but he's sponsoring me with his Nigerian bank account (like a saved money for my education to support my dad). Presently, he has transferred the remaining funds including tuition balance, living expenses and other expenses to my bank account

Now I want to reapply:
1. Am I stating I am applying as self sponsored since I have the remaining funds with me? Then show gift deed letter (notarized)
2. Should I show his bank statement (I feel no need because I have received the funds already).
Note: I have the proof of income document which is his Nigeria retirement money saved.

3. In my letter of explanation to address previous refusal. Is there any need to show his international passport?

Do you understand?

why do you guys go for schools with very high tuition fees? Search deeper and don't be fixated on attending a school in a "woke" province or city. This is the reason 90% refusals. Enter and school wherever then port to the "woke" provinces. E ja ara yin na! undecided

Since u want to use self sponsor u need a gift deed, and u need to establish ur relationship with him just to be on a safer side. U might likely need his passport too. Not that it’s mandatory but u never can tell what VO will look out for.
And as for the pension certificate stuff.
Ur major work is in ur sop.
And I hope u have enough home ties this time?

Home ties:
My parent and siblings
My Fiancé (to return back to complete our marriage vows)
My Oriflame business and team, recognition.
Recommendation letter from team lead
Church commitment
My work place
Work reference letter

I don't have properties.
Does this show that I have a fun life here in Nigeria,I wouldn't want to miss?

Please I want to make a suggestion.

I think it will be better to also show a screenshot of your timeline.

Because you are suggesting to us to contact you if we want to use your agent.

Seeing a screenshot can also help us confirm that what you just typed as your timeline is correct.

Scammers full everywhere. I hope you understand
not everyone would post timeline and it does not mean they are scammers. Not everyone that posted timeline are genuine, some are scammers. If you are on this platform, you do not need an agent except you are not learned. And if you need assistance, there are gurus on the platform. Please provide answers so we have a better understanding of your situation.

Hi Republic,

You will need to explain more about the lump sums in your next application, ideally you should provide receipts for those transactions, I think the VOs sometimes do not understand how business accounts works in Nigeria, I assume they will be asking why a business which is a separate entity will be sponsoring a third party(you). Though if you are able to write a convincing SOP you can beat this trap. In your next application
- Pay the full tuition
- Have you dad transfer the living expenses, flight tickets and miscellaneous funds to your account and do a gift deed or do a GIC.
- The other thing raised is your purpose of study, is the course related to your present job and what level of programme is it? Is there a career progression?

I have my medical booked with IOM on April 17th. When is it advisable I make payment for the medical. It's an upfront one.
Do I need to make payment now before that day to secure my appointment or I can make it fee days before the appointment date and my slot will still be secured??

Do you mean you submitted physically at London?

If the application has not passed 10 weeks, which is the current processing time, then no need to be anxious.
