Dennis never ceases to amaze me.

Just messed up a goal scoring chance for Forest by being selfish. Done that twice in this game
Man be playing like someone who sniffed something before match.

Surprised he didn't get subbed off immediately. Like your team is battling relegation and you're playing like that?

Arsenal producing an xG of 3.41 vs Leeds today yet bagging 4 in actuality.

Last game, they had an xG of 1.57 yet bagged 4 goals vs Palace.

Lethal. Clinical. Part of why they would be Champions come May.

Just want to add that a team does not need months of several drills to learn how to play in a fluid offensive pattern. I will use two scenarios to expand on this.

When. Guardiola took over Manchester City, it took him few weeks to have the team playing the way he wanted. However, after learning the system, it takes time and practice to master it.

When Tuchel took over Chelsea, he used one training session to transform them to a pure heavy possession side. In their first game under Tuchel, Chelsea broke the EPL passing record.

The Super Eagles can do it with the right manager who will do a credible selection and setup for the team.

Do you think drills is to stand in a pitch position pass here and there ?
Analysis goes into it, the right set of personnel goes into it.

City were already god tire good before pep came,
Chelsea was no slouch either both teams had world class talent and learning facilities.

We only have one ☝️ world class talent in our hands in super eagles and he’s not a midfielder.

So don’t expect a coach to change our pattern of play with just a single training section

Were as the players are all lacking technical ability and confidence with the ball.

It’ll take least a month of constant training and drills to get Nigeria to 15% of its potential.

Because the way things are going we’re gonna be the next England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 of Africa

On paper our first 11 are all ballondor winners but come to the field of play failure to achieve the end goal

It is not true. You can say it will take months to master it but switching philosophy can happen with few trainings.

What matters at the first stage is for them understanding the requirements of the system and after that, it takes years to master it.

If the likes of Pep Guardiola, Xavi or Tuchel were to coach our team today. It will take one break for them to get us playing with heavy possession.

We are not a serious footballing country due to the politicians running our football.

It has nothing to do with money. Most money meant for football development gets looted here.

Ancelotti will also not play game to help enrich their pockets and select their players.

Me and Supernerd don handle this topic

What i want to know how do we set up a structure and style of play in a sense that the youth teams won’t find it difficult to integrate into the senior team.

What I’m saying for example if we’re a pressing type of team or tiki taka
Why not make all the teams below SUper E play that type of football.

Like make that compulsory and necessary.

Because individual brilliance and luck has rotten us to the core

Under Maigari, the Super Eagles, down to the U17 trained together. There was also similarities in play, except for the senior level that played a fluid long ball system.

The fact is that with the right coaches, a right technical director, and right men in the corridor of football power, we can do it.

The fact is that, are those in power ready for the team to grow? They are more interested in Musa breaking amount of appearances record than following a development plan for the team.

You don’t always put people who are qualified for certain positions, you put people who are passionate about sports in the board

We need someone to see above the looting and go out of his/her way for the betterment of all the teams

But the way things are going mr a loot 1 million

I posted this article a while ago. It is about how Spain built their success.

I actually posted this in 2016. Unfortunately, we have political heads that have no interest in football development in the country. Money is for looting.
