Just want to add that a team does not need months of several drills to learn how to play in a fluid offensive pattern. I will use two scenarios to expand on this.

When. Guardiola took over Manchester City, it took him few weeks to have the team playing the way he wanted. However, after learning the system, it takes time and practice to master it.

When Tuchel took over Chelsea, he used one training session to transform them to a pure heavy possession side. In their first game under Tuchel, Chelsea broke the EPL passing record.

The Super Eagles can do it with the right manager who will do a credible selection and setup for the team.

It is not true. You can say it will take months to master it but switching philosophy can happen with few trainings.

What matters at the first stage is for them understanding the requirements of the system and after that, it takes years to master it.

If the likes of Pep Guardiola, Xavi or Tuchel were to coach our team today. It will take one break for them to get us playing with heavy possession.

What i want to know how do we set up a structure and style of play in a sense that the youth teams won’t find it difficult to integrate into the senior team.

What I’m saying for example if we’re a pressing type of team or tiki taka
Why not make all the teams below SUper E play that type of football.

Like make that compulsory and necessary.
