The bad keyboard is making the mouse to misbehave,replace the keyboard it will stop.

I'm using exactly same laptop and same is happening to me.

I think the os is the cause because the system is kinda old. I did a little experiment and downgrade back the win7 and it stopped.


Win8 and 10 same thing, it goes blank when you turn it on, I just force shutdown and turn on again for the display to turn on.

I just love the 3115m cos it's rugged, the laptop no dey get fault at all. Been using it for years.

yours might probably be a hardware issue then, mine has been 💯 since I went back to Windows 7.

I'll be keeping this laptop on Windows 7 till I'm ready to upgrade to a better laptop.

have you disable windows system updates. It would be updating itself in the background and installing updates automatically

I am seeking for a USB type c(female) to 4.0X1.77mm(Male) DC converter/adapter or a cable. Any way around this? So my budget is 150k. I need some recommendations pls.

I need something fast, light. And maybe play PES.

Please I need help. I bought a fairly used laptop (Tokumbo). I wanted to install Avast antivirus on it. It keeps giving me issues.

Anytime I want to install the avast, along the way it will display blue screen with the following words " Your system ran in to trouble you need to restart it" . During the restarting it will display button for restore. Once l click restore, the process run for some minutes and finally boot. After booting ,I discovered that All the application I installed has wiped out.

Initially I thought that the avast am using is corrupt. I get another one, the same issue happened.
Please how can solve this issue?

I just got this DELL Latitude 3350 as Foreign used. sometimes when plugged in the charger it came with does'nt charge the battery. the percentage remain still for hours. i have to keep unplugging and re-pluging, and even remove the battery and re-plug, before it could pick. And some times it shows this message while booting.

Go to battery information in set-up,it will probably show adapter type: unknown.

If that's the case,you have to replace the charger.
