A majority of people selling in the market are not direct millers. This are mildle men buying from millers to make profit. I am not sure of your location but right now Akwa Ibom and criss River seems to be the cheapest at this time. Infact it is 15k in Ugep, Akampa and Ikom mills

The market price isnt the same as milling price. If you really want to buy, go directly to mills and buy.

During cash scarcity I posted here that oil went as low as 10k for those who had cash at hand and that was a great time.

Again those who really want to store oil right now should go down to mills or reach out to millers on the platform. It's a good time to buy. You won't expect the same price at the market to be frank especially when you add the cost of kegs and maybe transportation. By Monday, I'd update the house on price.

One can hardly find any miller in AKWA IBOM selling as low as 16k as at yesterday Boss, except you and maybe those in areas that needs one to cross small streams and Rivers to access oil, very interior areas and perhaps very few who got advance payments from buyers which some have requested for the balance of the current difference or refund the monies paid to book for the oil earlier. Different market prices are between 21k-25k. Millers is slightly less but I've not known any who is even selling 17k as of now, Maybe in Cross River

Please does anyone have an idea of what palm old is sold in Ogun or lagos. Kindly assist where I can buy palm oil at a cheaper price for storage. Does anyone know any mill in Ogun or Lagos.

There is a major issue here when people post prices of palm oil. Most prices posted are the lowest price of oil gotten directly only from the cheapest selling mills. This brings alot of confusion when some who read post here and intend to buy at that rate only to be disappointed at the almost double market rate when they actually go to get this oil. All I am saying is pls let's be specific on our rates by indicating if it is market rate or mill rate. Meanwhile even the mill guys are now selling at market prices so let's stop this confusion.

Do I store for people? NO
Am really struggling with this response. In fact past experiences have forced me to reject juicy offers on storage models. Maybe when we've gotten a great model ourselves. For now we don't!

Hello sir. Maybe you might want to try local mills. Buying at this rate might place you in a tight corner selling off to clients or making anything reasonable when you add the cost of kegs and logistics

Some mills in Ukanafun like Ndot Ikot Eda sell for 17500 as at today

Those coming in from Abia can go to Iwukem or Azumini

Literally small villages in AKS.

I think most people people go to mills in Uyo, Eket and Abak or Ikot Ekpene. This are Expensive locations. Some mills in Uyo/ Eket already milling above 20k lol
