Then you would have to explain why you are moving the funds from one bank to another.

You can explain that your earnings have been used to do other things like investments, supporting family members etc.
Ok thank you 🙂

Visa applications can be denied for several reasons, but the first thing that stands out from your post is that, the bulk of your funds (25m) is in a micro finance bank that cannot be easy to verified.

Please order for gcms notes before you reapply.
Okay I understand

Thanks

Thanks
I thought about that as an option but I was wondering if the official may consider that a red flag since with my over 6 Years work experience I should have the major funds and not rely solely on my brother for the total POF
U can receive a gift from anyone regardless of ur financial status. There is no red flag anywhr, good thing is he’s ur brother. Do gift deed it’s ur best shot

congratulation, Canada will favour you and your family.

1. do you notarized any of your document (like deed of gift, land documents)

Bamz555:
Like I’ve always stated here, ur SOP is your power house. And it has to be a true life story, and be sympathetic nd compassionate in it, the VOs are human too. Learn to play on their emotions with empathy. And in a situation where u want to cook up something try to make it look so real it helps.
When I was filling d IMM FORMS, I stated d available funds for d program duration is over 109,000cad. The 20m was a proceed from d sale of d house gifted us by sponsor, I also stated that we own a 2010 Camry car which we will sell before traveling (note dat d car is not sold yet), I stated d worth there (note no evaluation or certificate of any kind), so funds for d program is 20m plus 4m from car to be sold, nd the 2500cad monthly x 3yrs from sponsor, I did proper justice to all this in the SOP nd it was very simple nd easy. I also draw out a table as adviced by @Bobomaigida that shows my revenues nd expenses, so that d VO will know that I know nd I’m sure abt what I’m saying, total expenses for a year fr us both tuition+living expenses+miscellaneous is 39k cad for a 3 yrs program but I dissected all dis calculations in a table nd it was very explanatory that there’s more than enough for d 3 yrs, I was d one that decided to do sumtin different by saying sponsor will support with 2500cad monthly, unlike others just writing letter of sponsorship that just says there is a sponsor and he will sponsor u. I can say confidently that I’ve gained so much knowledge nd experience in dis visa application stuff from my researches nd questions nd dealings with people both home nd from abroad.

Did anyone whose application was with micro finance proof of funds get approval
Using micro finance for POF is just shooting your self a straight refusal. IRCC frown at that so settle for an commercial bank.

Pls house can my ireland visa refusal last year be a reason why Canada wud refuses my application dis year! Just thinking of the possibilities of my refusal and the Notes is taking years to come.
Not at all there are series of loopholes in your application even in your SOP/LOE that’s where the inconsistency part came in as one of the refusal reason.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by bullstriker: 10:53am On Apr 05, 2023
Apply for a visitor visa for your four-year-old.
You can use your admission letter information if you decide to apply for a study permit for her.
A school admission letter is not required from the dependant of a study permit applicant or holder.

Hello bullstriker, thanks for your help.

Do i need to apply for a study permit for my 4 year old.

The section where it says 'i have been accepted at a particular educational institution,

My daughter has not yet been accepted. she is still on the waiting list. I am a little confuse on what to do in that section

if no, do i apply for a separate visitor's visa for her?

Hi guys

Please I need your help, My kid bro got refused Canada Study Permit tonight on the basis that;

• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay. I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

For family ties, He has a son but not married, Dad is late, mum is into business. He's travelling alone.

For POF, I stood as the sponsor, submitted my microfinance six months bank statement of N25m and my business six months gt bank statement with balance of about 8m.
We also submitted his six months statement of account with balance of N750k

We submitted affidavit of support that I would be giving me $25k CAD which is about N8m.

We did not submit any Asset Document.

We've paid $6000 CAD tuition fee and submitted the receipt.

The school is NBCC

Please guys what can I do? Help a brother!
I’ll advice you send the funds you claim you intended to support him with into his personal account fo the VO won’t see the affidavit and your fat balance as a disguise.

For the home tie you can find a land to fix the assest loopholes as that goes a long way and it as been tested and it works as the assets gives a solid ground in home tie and assets.

IRCC prefer your POF in any commercial bank as they frown bitterly to Microfinance bank

check with VFS, they no longer give passport to DHL, UPS or any other courier to deliver to the owner. They want you to use their service which is 18k.

I chatted with them some days ago, that was what they told me
