If you have been to General hospital and see diabetic patients in their 50's to 70's who are waiting for their leg to be amputated, already amputated, swollen or cant walk, my brother u no go ever near soda drink or all this energy drink. It will not have effect on your health now because you have strong immune system that can still fight it but wait till your old age and start seeing results of your addiction.

I'm not really a Fan of Sugary Stuffs.

But once in a while I take Fearless. The Issue I have with most Sweetened Drinks Is I can consume Just a bottle for days without finishing It.

I will drink a little portion then close it and return It back to the Fridge. Sometimes I even add some water to dilute It😁

Based on analysis I have come to understand that a lot of people don’t care about things being sold in the Market especially when it’s been approved by Nafdac.. we forgot that people are doing business and would do anything to remain in market. Pls don’t be fooled and this is why you have to research and know what is good for your own health and not because it’s beings sold and called edible. If you understand this you will also understand why weed is being banned while aspirin is sorely legal but until you pop 10 tabs of aspirin that’s when you seize to live. Stay alive ya all and eat good. Also pls be careful especially with things you buy this days,alot are expired and you won’t know until wahala start.
