On GLAXOSMITHKLINE YE, 2022 financial print.

• Appreciable growth (no less than 76%) accross key revenue and earnings line.

• Very healthy BS.

• Improvement in AsQ and AsY amidst positive delivery in key VPD including but not limited to CGPR, CCC, NCPS, CRP (less CBR even with less EFIR), JPBM, etc.

Btw, the Board is pleased to recommend to members a FYE dividend of N0.55k, payable on Thursday 8 June, 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders.
...the DPS translates to a 37.5% increase from that declared in the comparable period of 2021. (ref: 40k)

I remember when some folks were arguing that GSK will not be able to declare dividend in 2022. wink cheesy grin

I continue to see SO MUCH VALUE in this coy. Might do an article on it in time.
...more analysis to follow.

It is well.

Kabiru: Good day bro,
I just sold my OAN** shares earlier today only to see it go back on full bid moments later.

Me: No need to live in regret dear. You can always allocate the sales proceeds to other value accretive coy and still make some decent return.

Kabiru: I hold some small stake in TRANSC***. Would it be ok to exit now?
Your advice will be well appreciated.

Me: As long as you are following through with your trade set-up, you should be ok... but may OAN** not happen to you in TRANSC***. wink cheesy cool
Just follow your instinct.

Tony Owns more shares in Transcorp through Heirs Holdings

No. According to the annual report, Tony owns less than 5% of Transcorp. If he owns more than what is stated in the annual report then he is likely committing a crime of non-disclosure which should be punishable.

Not really. From the looks of it, Tinubu is going to be President inasmuch as I don't want him to be. When that happens, Geregu's share price is going to N2,000. The power deals Geregu and some other GENCOs have in the pipeline in the event of a Tinubu presidency are ridiculous. Ote$ is positioning in Transcorp because of what is coming.

Though it may not deliver a similar ROI margin, CHAMS can well be the next COURTVILLE.
I look at the coys last 3 FP, and I see VALUE.
Reward is well ahead of the combination of risk and current mkt price (even @ >>10% premium to it)

...already highlighted this before now.
There are quite some positive to make out from the coys financial print.

CAVEAT: Due diligence still applies as always.

Lol. That 'patience' is now the issue. smiley
.....but when taking any decision if expectations are delaying, try not to sell all at any given time...,..think you were also advised about this previously too.
*Also, I think once you identify these stocks, you may have to monitor the mvmts first before diving in.....no vex say newbie dey advice o.

See the Transcorp you've waited for since all these months, if not years self.......not easy to wait since that period truly.

Before recapitalisation, Oceanic and Intercontinental banks looked like one of rhe best places to expect steady flow of bonuses and dividends, yet we lost almost everything invested there. I can never make long term investment without watching what's happening in the market again. I felt I was insured by investing well, but long-term outlook seems not good enough in NSE where we have so many leeways through which boards can play shareholders, without any reprimand; Oando is another example

Bizibi:
it is better looking at the new banks and pick the good ones from there for long term investment....some of the top banks now might not be around in the next 15 years.
