Anyway it depends on your choice of location and building type. If it's a moderate type for you and your immediate family in a less expensive area, I think it can with even some change left for you.

You can get a good plot of land for three million or less in the outskirts of Lagos after Ayobo ipaja, it's very developed area just zoned to Ogun state by boundary, let me know if you are interested.
