Now this is what I like to see, someone who isn't afraid to speak their mind and call out the hypocrisy of those in power. The Lagos State Government needs to stop being so sensitive and learn to accept criticism. It's not like they can hide the reality of Lagos forever, no matter how much they try to cover it up. 3 Likes |

blabulu2000: Is it the reality of their reflection? True or false? It's that simple. If true, give reasons. If false, give reasons. Haven't watched the film yet but I know that you can get robbed on those streets if you lose guard. |

At the end of the day, the state government is just wasting their time. It's just a film. Hollywood makes films that are like Gangs of Lagos, about American cities every day. (Infact if you watch some American films, you would think that the USA is on the verge of destruction). People should relax. At the end it is make believe. As in the case of Borat, which eventually helped Kazakhstan's tourism sector very well it might help Lagos in the end. 2 Likes |

BadEnglish:Chinedu is not Yoruba He is not from Lagos. The true Lagos which he does not know has spoken on the issue. If he is from Lagos or Yoruba, he will never speak or tweet against the Aalaale. He is not Yoruba so does not know our history and where Politics end. 17 Likes 2 Shares

Godjone: He’s neither ‘a true Logasian’ nor Yoruba. His forebear, William Allen Vivour, the son of an Igbo slave (sold via Bight of Bonny by Aro slave traders) was born in Sierra Leone. And when his forebear returned to Nigeria with the other Saros (who were mostly Yorubas) - he settled in Opobo while the Yoruba Saros settled in Lagos and Abeokuta. They came to Lagos after Chinedu’s great grand father married a Yoruba Saro woman from Lagos. Chinedu is from Biafraland with Igbo blood. Stop the madness. 19 Likes 4 Shares |

Vivour should come out and highlights what he and rich family has/had done for Lagos to improve welfare of people in the past. 4 Likes 1 Share |
