Good day my correct people, I just got a notice of intended prosecution for exceeding speed limit (drove 35mph in a 30mph zone). Abeg how do i go about it and what are the consequences. Thanks all

So I got a response from the police and was given one of three options
1) Attend a Speed awareness course
2) Fixed penalty charge
3) Going to magistrate court
Abeg which option is the best o. From my little research, looks like option 1 is the best as there will be no points deduction. But I thought I should still sample the opinion of the elders in the house. Thanks

Option 1

Maintain speed limits all the time, otherwise, no more speed awareness course for you.

Its either points or fine or court or combinations

It's actually not a blanket restriction, if household income is below the threshold on the gov.uk website then he/she can. The 3 year old funding is equally not universal, there is an income threshold as well and parents earning above that can't claim it.
The website did not state income threshold for 3 yrs old for 15hrs. The income threshold is for 30hrs.

The 15hrs for 3 yrs old is also not public funds for immigration purpose but the 30hrs is public fund.

What about a child that is less than 2 years. Can the parents claim the 15 hours even though they are on work visa with no recourse to public funds.

@estroller based on the image you posted, it means 15hrs for 2years olds can be claimed if you have Visa restrictions but based on salary and savings thresholds

Haba na, they tried to now include 2 year old for those with visa (despite it been public funds) then you still want offer for less than 2 years ?.....

If you missed your appointment to capture at Nigeria embassy London... does anyone know how that can be rescheduled?. Do they accept walk in for the category?

Hello all, I will be arriving uk in may to begin another journey of my life as a student. I am into crypto, online Businesses and investment. It didn't pay much but the little it paid I invested in my uk student route, and thank God it clicked. I want to start building my finances again. I aware I have 20hrs per week for work and I don't intend breaking the law.

Please note, I am very good at legitimate online businesses and investment (one of my area of strength).
I want those in uk to give me suggestions on legitimate online businesses, investments one can do remotely to make money. You can equally give me ideas of viable online opportunities ...

No 2 is a no go area... your insurance will go up and point on your license so no going there. No 3 I don't have the full case but might be hard to win

No 1 ... after the course this is wiped clean with no trace that it occurred so for me , it's no brained which to choose

My husband was caught by the cameras. He chose option 1. Paid £96 for a training.
It was conducted over zoom. He sat his butt for 3 hours listening to a boring training.
But… no points deducted, no fixed penalty, no nothing. His sins were all forgiven, just as sins in Nigeria are forgiven once you join the APC (no be me talk am ohh na APC chairman Oshiomhole talk am that year)

Please, can anyone here help with accommodation for a family of 5 arriving in Birmingham in May?

Please, if you have a 3-bedroom available for rent, kindly reach out to me.

Who wud give you a house without work reference and guarantor. It’s not jus to have the money here you get a house. They have to go through your application before they decide. And with the number of pple you want pack come it wud be very difficult to get a house. Even Airbnb will be hard and expensive to get with this number.

I know several pple that came in since Feb with 2-3 kids and it took them up to 2 months to get a place after paying so much on Airbnb except the lucky ones with family members here who had to put up with them. Up till now sef some neva still get.

For your sanity better the MA come alone, settle down, look for a place before others come.

You really do not need any connect to get jobs in Healthcare if you are in London

Just do the training courses, understand the content and tweak your CV

They almost always ask the same questions around handling, safeguarding and what you'll do in certain scenarios
