Lol.... that's how you guys are. Tell us why there are brown roofs in ur enclave and you are posting pictures of ur imaginary SE. Igboland can only get better but not currently on same league with SW in 2023 abeg. U guys should continue boasting of one useless civilization as the only worthless reasons behind ur archaic and primitive towns. Mugus grin grin
simple do you want me to bombard here with your yeast slums? grin

You can only lie to those that have not been to Igboland nwanne

Tell me what south east states look like.. Osun state has the lowest rate of unemployment in Nigeria and that tells you they are not poor unlike Anambra and other SE states which about 50% of people are jobless.. Most of the old houses are occupied by refugees from other states like you
So erosion, a natural disaster doesn't occur in SW

Post pictures of Igboland that we can verify its current state in 2023. Most pictures you cropped out from Channels were old and doesn't depict the current status of Anambra. Bro, between 2020 to 2023, a lot has changed in SouthEast with Real Estates, New Layouts, NEWMAP intervention on Erosion sites etc.

There are beautiful places in SW but telling me that brown roofs is something to be proud of is what I disagree. Onitsha, Awka even Enugu have been existing before most of the towns in SouthWest but you can hardly see old roof dilapidated structures there. I'm not boasting but Igboland have greatly changed from 2020 to 2023. You guys can still change ur stories.

Thank God you said slums.
We are talking about your cities that share similarities with slums and war-ravished enclaves.

Telling us how SE looks just by hear-say or Nairaland banters is what we won't accept. Tell us from experience how you know SE if you have been there. Thank you.

I know those places. Beautiful and peaceful town. They have old houses so as the new ones, ilesha is the biggest town in osun state and osun state is the lowest with unemployment rate in Nigeria.

Pictures from zenababs ilesha, and coca cola street ilesha.. Ilesha is big and those are some of the places i am familiar with.

There are many other tourist places like ijesha water fall, micon golf which is arguably the most beautiful golf place in Nigeria

What OP posted are the ancient streets which is something to be proud of.

Thus is poor.

Ilesa supposed to have become more than this..

They defecate in the drainage that is why the region is the defecation capital of the world.
Even in Lagos those people still shit on the road, the ones that have toilets connect it to the drainage thereby causing everywhere to stink in Lagos.
Sophisticated people behaving like the Pakistanis and Indians🤣🤣🤣🤣

I don't know why most south west towns always looks like ancient 16 century forgotten kingdoms.

Why is this so? Just curious genuinely cheesy
They are ancient. Not houses built with drug money of recent. When we had these houses SE’ers were building with red mud.

I hope you People ger enough money to build good houses. Look at the poverty surrounding this flyover 😂

The road is the only beautiful thing in the picture of osogbo. People living in this kind of places won't even have that mental capacity to elect good leaders. Poverty is a tool
