For the bars, they are very filling for breakfast and require less sugar. I am trying to monitor my food intake as I don dey old and I'm not too active physical wise. I paid for gym since January, doubt I have gone 10times. I try to walk around d in the office but my walking isn't enough.

Yes, old fashioned oat is filling. I eat 1/3 cup as breakfast with nothing added except "guilty" carnation milk and cinnamon for spicy flavor . Fills me up all morning.

Going to the gym is work, tbh.
Seeing my yam and musclesfied legs and hands motivate me
