I received an inquiry from someone regarding a domain that I listed on Flippa six years ago. Unfortunately, the domain has expired, and I recently discovered that someone else registered it in 2021. The domain is set to expire in February 2023 and has also entered redemption status.

I would like to know what steps I can take to reclaim the domain in order to sell it. What is the best course of action in this situation?

If the domain has end users u can go ahead to register it. In the event if he doesn't buy you can reach out to other prospects.

Ask the user is he buying it right now for xxxusd?

If he says yes. Go ahead and reg it via d---y---na--dot and use the coupon for 7.88usd

Simply put the domain on Dan with buy now and make offer on Dan and ensure the domain points to Dan DNS. Test the link if it works.

Then provide him with the link of purchase. You can also ask for his email so u send him the the Dan-import strategy.

How did he get your contact, Whois? How?
How much you listed it b4?
How much is he ready to pay for the name?
What if the new owner renews it? Is the name not listed that he has to come back to you?

To be end-user no easy o. One TDS Resellers just dey send me outbound emails on Geo Names. I no sabi how they take get my email.

The funny thing is that they don't reply back to emails and their geo prices are $1,000 and above.
