Lol.

Obi and LP sued INEC. The role of INEC as an impartial arbiter has therefore subsided. Now they are in Court at the behest of Obi and are expected to defend themselves, or risk admitting his allegations--which are pretty serious.

What more do you want?
Please, ignore these people, let them keep wailing. Both Obi and his barking dogs have no sense.

We made same observation about the disadvantage of joining INEC as one of the respondents in the watery petition but the zombies are always one way traffic

Why is Mahmud Yakubu behaving as if he is a member of APC and as if he as a personal fight with Peter Obi. Definitely, INEC does not know his responsibility as an electoral empire.

Why are you talking like this? It's clear he has been bought, it's very obvious, he's trying to save face. With this kind of submission they did in court.

What do some people expect? INEC is only defending the legitimacy and accuracy of its action in the elections.
The ONLY reason people who oppose the election result have is that the IREV was not used to upload the results in the timeframe they wanted.
But the Constitution and Electoral act NEVER stipulated a timeframe for uploading results. Even the American electoral results is usually not available online until months after the presidential elections. I honestly don't know how some people expect a GUIDELINE to become LAW.

INEC no get shame
An electoral law specified an electronic transmission
An electoral law said a winner must score 25% in FCT

What is INEC backing?

This our INEC reminds me of the story in "Eze goes to School" where a referee was so partial that a penalty committed the 18 yard box of Team A was carried across to Team B's penalty spot.

This isn't a sensible comment.
We're talking about upholding the sanctity of our constitution and you're here talking trash. It's not about obi but about Nigeria.
If Tinubu had won fairly, we wouldn't be having this drama.

I love your list; very profound and on point!

In a nutshell, No Igbo human being (except for a couple) deserves any spot from this incoming admin. And I hope jagaban treats the pigs exactly the way they treated him.

It doesn’t matter what you do for this ingrate group of people, they will never be happy…in fact, they can never be happy.

No shishi for the haters of all things. Let them go line up and wait until Peter Obi becomes the president.. CHRONIC LOSERS!

For goodness sake, this election petition should be concluded before May 29.

For those saying INEC is defending itself against Obi petition, no, INEC is defending Tinubu fraudulent victory in its response to Obi petition. INEC saying Tinubu doesn't need 25% in FCT is a clear case of partiality, is INEC Nigerian constitution or the court?

INEC saying elections results were transmitted electronically according to the electoral law is also contradictory to INEC statement on 25th of Feb that there was a "technical glitch"? And no reference to BVAS before the announcement of results by INEC. These are clear evidences of electoral umpire behaving as if it is a member of the ruling party rather than an impartial body.

It's either Peter Obi is daft or desperate or even both. The part of being neutral comes only during the conduct of the election. After that , INEC must defend itself by proving why some decisions were taken during the elections.

INEC just trying tooth and nail to protect its error. They know they committed infraction but instead to own up, they are trying to do cover up and behaving like opposition to other political parties and even helping APC to file an appeal. What a shame to a supposed "impartial" umpire.

Mr. Man, did you read the news or just want to comment at all cost. What is the gain of INEC on the claim of 25% at FCT, if the result is upheld or not upheld. And do you read a precedence that was quoted that a judge scolded them that they should have remained neutral. Their non neutrality shows they have what they are hiding. Their neutrality shows they are for all and not for any party.

this is not an argument worth considerin....

somebody that got most votes in the entire nigeria, shouldnt be declared winner because the person didnt get 25% at FCT....??

does that even make sense to you....??

It's like obi is a baby politician. Why did he think that inec will fault their process. It's not done anywhere.
In osun, inec didn't want to appeal the tribunal judgment initially, but the people begged them, and they defend the credibility of the poll they conducted, that was what earn adeleke victory at tge appeal court.
Inec will always defend what they did. PO should go and look for evidence and not rely on inec, if not, o maa lule ni.
