You are right

I wonder if the constitution will allow appointments to be by tribe, then all those tribes not making noise will get some share equitably by tribe. This will shutdown some of their mentalities.

To think that the entire SE region can be swallowed by many other states like Niger and Borno, they still yearn for a 6th state for equity.

I also observe that if 6 appointments are made with one each from the 6 geopolitical zones, the Igbos will still cry that North has 3 and they have just one. They will never see it as 3 from north and 3 from south or see it 1 from each zone.

they see the entire North as one tribe which is hausa/fulani (when there are others like Tiv, Idoma, Gbagi, Nupe, kanuri, Igala, Ebira, Birom etc) then the other end of the south as Yoruba. They dont even care if there are other tribes in SS like Ijaws, Urhobos, itsekiri, Isokos, edo, Efik, Ibibio, Esan, Kalabari, Oron and Okrika etc

exactly ooo they don't care... Same tinubu that Made Akabueze from anambra a commissioner in Lagos hate Igbos... They are just noisemakers

The whole country is igbophobic, even themselves are, that is why they are refugees in their own country.

Please, I’m much more concerned about Lagos house of Assembly being more ignophobic in the next house. There should be more igbophobic laws and law enforcers like Kano’s Hizbah police.

Yes sir.

Igbo are not marginalized.
They only cry when they are not dominating!

During shagari regime...an Igbo man occupied VP and speaker....no yoruba man feature and they maintain decorum

During GEJ,
SGF= Anyim pius Anyim

Deputy senate president-ekweremadu

Deputy speaker= Ihedioha

Prime minister and coordinating minister of economy= okonjo iweala

Minister for petroleum = Allyson madueke

CBN gov= Emefiele

No yoruba man feature in top 10

Etc....yoruba elders complain read Igbo people response here....https://www.nairaland.com/745731/yoruba-marginalization-elders-met-jonathan

So,don't be deceived by their victim mentality.Igbo has dominating entitlement that when they are not dominating, even if the distribution is equal and equitable,as long as they are not dominating, they will PLAY VICTIM OF MAGINALIZATION!

Let me now tell you what happened in 1979 ...shagari came 1st,Awolowo came 2nd,Azikwe came 3rd.Zik and Awo sued shagari.why Awolowo remain in opposition, Zik joined shagari goverment so ,his party produced the speaker while an Igbo man was still the vice president.

Go and read history about how Igbo dominated goverment during zik and balewa goverment sir.
Comrade, e no go spoil for you. Let me help people small to understand you clearly -

When Tafawa Balewa was Prime Minister of Nigeria;

Chief of Army Staff was from SE
Chief of Naval Staff was from SE
IG of Police was from SE
Chief of Defence staff was fron SE
Internal Affairs Minister SE
External Affairs Minister SE
Education Minister South SE
Many other key ministries to SE
Parliament President SE
Unilag VC from SE
University of Ibadan VC from SE

This is just a small fraction of everything..

Hate is wrong on all fronts and i would not support hate. Hate is dangerous and leads to unnecessary violence.

I did not infer hate in my post and i am not sure how you arrive at such a conclusion.

The Igbos have been marginalized. They deserve the chance to have an Igbo rule this country.

We also need it as a nation.

We need to stop seeing tribes and start seeing ourselves as one nation.

If Tinubu doesn’t assimilate Igbos into his cabinet, he has failed irrespective of what other positives he achieves.

Marginalised how?

Don't they receive their allocations?

Ekweremadu held what position in our senate?

What of Ayim?

What is the highest position an Efik or Ibibio has ever held?

Tiv or Junkun nko?

Igbos shouldn't encourage the chief islamics tribalist. He wants to use paid people to radicalize the igbos in America's eyes. So, igbos need to keep pressing the free world to stop selling weapons to the most tribalized country on earth.

The chief islamics tribalist will soon remove any igbo sympathizers in his circle, he might try to do a mini genocide to start with, ---- so,the igbos should be ready to put already and adjusted plans in effect of he does.

This renowned criminal and his totally daft predecessor, are some of the best igbo marketers for foreign allies and aloof one Nigeria igbos.

Igbos will be watching the world renowned criminal, on how he treats the USA, Israel, UK, Germany, South Africa, etc. We should have a no limit cooperation with these countries. Igbos should have their embassies in the SE.

I pray the renowned tribalist criminal don't integrate the igbos to all branches of security, 16% for SE. This will give us God sent allies help. Igbos need to keep getting stronger to have the ability to genocide those gangs of basta*ds that wish us cleansing and life time slavery.

We should keep sharpening our organizational skills. Tinubu is not trustworthy at all. We hope he can, but we don't think he is.

Throwback:
More like Tinubu inherited the hatred Igbos have for Buhari.

In fact, the main reason for the hatred Igbos have for Tinubu is that he made Buhari President.

But it has now been doubled by the fact that Tinubu defeated an Igbo candidate, despite that Igbos swore to ensure a Yoruba would not become President again before them.

Alas, they must embrace the reality of their situation.

Igbo votes cannot make one President, and Igbo votes cannot prevent one from being President.

The bolded is a legendary quote.
They need to stop overrating themselves.

Well the person who complained is an igbo man , that's what brings this discussion.
On a lighter note nothing will happen after Tinubu's inauguration, heaven will not fall Everybody will go on about his or her business. The best that can go on for the opposition is for the tribunal to continue their work.
If they inaugurate Tinubu as president, Tinubu who is obviously mentally compromised due to old age, and hardly knows what goes on around him, cannot be the true president of Nigeria, they use the courts they appointed the higher judges to frustrate every challenge to Tinubu's election as president.
Buhari started to plan these things long ago. Guess why Osinbajo was sidelined for Tinubu, and Yakubu Mahmood was retained at INEC, not withstanding the 2019 SERVER denial by Yakubu.

sad Even though I'm a born again Christian, I hope igbos don't get pim from Tinubu. Marginalize them like they've never seen before. Let them suffer for their bad politics of bitterness. Marginalize the south east from Top to Bottom so they can be tolerant in future elections sad
What you just typed shows that you are not a born-again Christian, you might claim it with your lips but your heart is very far away from
Christ. How can a born-again Christian say what you have just said?
Where are all your attributes of patience, forgiveness, long-suffering, turning the other cheek, humility, etc?
Love your neighbor and despite people's actions, love them never the less.
Politics of marginalization and hate are the devil's tools to cause more division among us all, and many people
don't see it.
In most advanced countries after the election unite together and the new leader treats every region equally,
that was the mistake Buhari made and he is apologizing for now.
Nigerians are Nigerians, despite who they voted for. And the president is president for all Nigerians despite
their political orientation.

AWOLOWO BETRAYED OJUKWU WE ALWAYS DEY HEAR, NOBODY EVER TOLD WHY YOUR BROTHER AGUNYI IRONSI KILLED TAFA BALEWA, AHMADU BELLO, AKINTOLA AND OKOTIEBOH.

Awolowo betrayed Ojukwu? Who said it? Can you let me know you mentioned it?

Awolowo never betrayed any Nigerian or anybody..

After Ojukwu declared Biafra and was willing to go to war, Awolowo went to meet Ojukwu one on one - he said to him that,,,, instead of secession with war, let us do it properly and lawfully. Awolowo suggested they should put it down on paper and position it under the law. War is dangerous. Innocent people would die! Those are the things Awolowo told Ojukwu..

Ojukwu told Awolowo that he would suspend all war activities, and they would do it lawfully. Awolowo left the East but before reaching the west, Ojukwu already attacked the west!

Everything Awolowo said happened cuz most of people that died were innocent people. If Ojukwu has stood by his words, biafra would have happened without war..

Why is the hatred? Buhari has done his best to the Igbos but they hate him, it's only my governor Engineer Dave Umahi that appreciate Buhari, and now before Tinubu would be inaugurated they are saying they hate him, do they think he will be like Buhari? They should be careful with their stupidity if not, they will receive what they want, because Tinubu is deferent from Buhari
