In fact you can study anything just make sure you can sell it convincingly to the VO.

There was an update on the platform sometime in February/ March by the embassy. So most people had their dates rescheduled to September. You’re most likely one of them. You need to start hustling for a new date, or apply for Emergency.
They sent a mail when the dates were rescheduled, unless you don’t check your mails too.

Good day everyone,I got a mail from one of the Profs in the dept that gave me offer and said he can waive me out-state tuition and I'll need to pay in-state tuition of 9k/yrs.
Please guys,need your suggestion if this is a good deal. Although,I am still waiting and hoping for a full waiver but this is the feedback I got for know.

Also,does in-state /out-state applies to international students as well? because from what I read online,out-state means residents of other states.

I think emergency appointment is 60 or 90 days before your program start date. Please verify online

It depend on the bench/technique you majored during the undergraduate program in SLT. If you had concentrated in Biochemistry and may have taken few courses in Nutrition and Food Biochemistry you may have a slight chance when your transcripts is being reviewed. Why don't you continue with your technique say Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology/Microbiology/Virology etc as usually being combined in degree program in SLT?

Very possible. I did not get either, but I used to check my portal daily then, plus I heard a lot talk about it here. That's why I did not miss mine.

makes sense grab it and go. Then start applying for GA in school generally. There are a lot of openings now that the academic year is coming to an end.

Why don't you just get a Visa dollar card from any Nigerian bank and then use it for the payment? Get a visa dollar card, not a MasterCard dollar card, because Visa has wider acceptability.

Yes I’ve been experiencing the same thing since February, I think it’s happening to everyone that was denied last year who reapplied this year , because the first timers are seeing the calendar. So I guess we just have to wait maybe that’ll get fixed . Or maybe it’s their new way .

If you do not have a better offer yet, I'll suggest you accept this one first while you wait for the tuition waiver. Half loaf of bread is better than chin chin.

Absolutely, it does. Out-of-state clasifies you as a non-resident which in turn means you'll pay more. In-state does otherwise.

Chillax abeg! Is it 60 days to your program start date already? If it isn't, calm down abeg. You mayn't later be needing the EA sef, cos dates go still show.
Join a date search group if you haven't, dates are still being released interminently.
