I dreaming that I while was a going somewhere there was someone in front of me, he drop some note feels was like 500 or 200 naira I can't remember I didn't pick it( I saw him drop it but I ignored it and kept going) and some moments he dropped another one again I didn't even pick it just ignored it and kept moving what does it mean please, I am suspecting whatever it is they were trying to attack my finances but they didn't succeed since I didn't pick it and Ignored it.

Or am I just freaking out.

Ensure you do every good thing possible not to pick up that money. It simply means he wants to be in charge of your finances, you living from hand to mouth while he gives you crumbs that you must always look up to him for.
