This is the reason many people that work in Lagos live in ogun state, sango area, lafenwa, aiyetoro and co. Those places you can still get rent of 150k for 3 bedroom. But e farz you gats wake up early like leave home like 4am to 5am to get to where you are working in Lagos.

Yeah, depends on many factors too. Your field, level of expertise, how you enter the job.
The same company that pay 400k to some will pay 50k to some people too.

That's a lie. Even in Lagos state civil service ( a large employer of labour) there's no worker at level 14 and below that can draw a salary of 400k monthly.
400k monthly jobs are not abundant, even in Lagos.

With the current situation, the comments need to be reviewed
