When the accused is sworn he will have access to billions or trillions of naira to bribe the already corrupt system.
When an accused is sworn in he will be in charge of all the security apparatus,he will have immunity that he can use to frustrate the case.

Ordinarily, one would expect an Onaiyekan to know this but he’s an obedient so common sense is not application when analyzing issues. Just reason based on hatred for the president- elect and religious sentiments.

All presidential elections since 1999 have been disputed except that of 2015 and there was no time Onaiyekan or anyone else called for the winners not to be sworn-in based on the disputes and claims of rigging. Not even the fraudulent 2007 election. So, what’s now different?

But they realised it was dangerous to upload same results to the result viewing portal iREV because it has been hacked by Obi and Atiku hoodlums. And they have been proved right. All manners of fake results have been fraudulently uploaded by the hackers of Obi and Atiku. But the original results are preserved in two systems: original paper copies which INEC, all agents and police have copies. The soft copies are kept safe in INEC servers. This hacking can happen anywhere in the world. Snd it will be irresponsible for INEC to continue uploading results in a compromised viewing system. They have not broken any laws and they have the right to modify the method of collation based on the law. The only law they must not break is electronic transmission into their server.
