Same Klasha that cleared my black card of $$ 5 days ago and are yet to credit my wallet. That same Klasha?

Klasha cleared my black card during upgrade and credited it to my wallet, they never stole my money.

Though it's been a while since I made use of the platform, they did promise in the message sent to me that any amout of money on the black card would be transferred to owner's wallet. Have you checked your wallet?

They credited mine to my wallet.

I really don't know why a lot of you don't know about standard Chartered Bank USD card!
It's totally free of charge, they will ship it to you within 2weeks to your house/home address through fedex

This is their dollar rate.

I attached it to this post.

But I guess the issue here is the bank branch is limited to certain locations in nigeria

Because you have to go deposit the money in to your dollar account in any of their branch, they will collect your naira and convert it to dollar and deopist it to your Dom account, they don't charge you shi shi for anything, let me tell you the truth every other bank dom account na bullshit for nigeria here. If you have opportunity to use standard Chartered Bank, use them you no go regret am. Everything is free no charges, no annual charges.

Guy, if that is the case, why stressing someone to come to the bank instead of having a way to deduct the money from the person's naira account to the dollar account?

Since August Last year We ve filled countless forms on email to reactivate the account all to no avail... We were even told to deposit money into the account..i deposit until the money reach 21k dem no open am... I had to gv wifey Tfare money to Lagos to visit their branch... It was now opened last week... I have also closed my USD domiciliary account with them... When dey start opening branches across the other states we go revisit dem...
Better I open account with Polaris than Standard Chartered Bank o. They're so useless.

My colleague is having a failed transfee transaction with them. They deducted the they didn't deliver as he went to the receiver's bank for confirmation. Standard chartered just de post am that they're working on it for over 3 weeks.

I have 2700 naira failed POS transaction with them for close to 2 months now and it has been one promise to the other. I do not understand why are do not want to spread their tentacles to all areas of Nigeria.

Except if he's using it, else, my interpretation of that rates is other currencies to Naira.

I'm done with that bank for now. Banks with limited branches and abysmal customer service is a no no for me. Had an OTP issue with those MFs and I was told to go to their nearest branch to resolve it! 700km trip to resolve OTP issue. Had to withdraw my money via POS operator.

Chargeback is also a big issue with SCB. And like you said there customer support is zilch.

They are only nice and cosy during account opening process

We are hoping they resume operations today because I don't think even DHL and FedEx has been able to clear their shipments since the beginning of their strike. I'm sure they realize the consequences of their strike as billions of naira is being lost to this strike.

Dollar card is different from Dorm account

What exactly do the bank offer you, free dollar card with no card maintenance or free dorm account with no annual charges?

You mean they sell $1 for #555 meaning if i enter the bank with #55,500 naira cash, $100 value will be deposited to my dorm/dollar account without me using physical dollar?

That's too good to be true for this 9ja wy we dy, lastly, if over the counter naira cash value is what's to be used to credit your dollar account, why not take the equivalent of the money from your naira account, why go to the bank with thesame physical naira?

Bro that's their policy, i once asked them, why don't i just transfer the money from my account to my dollar account instead of going to a branch, they said it's their Policy, i guess you must come with physical naira to make the exchange there with the people in charge of that one.

Again, i own a dollar card with them, a physical gold dollar card, all you have to do to get it is get two reference and apply for it, download the form, your two reference, should put their full details and sign, you upload it back and finish up the registration. All registration is done in their app.

You then apply for the card, after that it will be sent to your home address, you can use the money in side to pay for any local POS or ATM, u recently received money in it from Payoneer.

They don't charge you a dime for any transactions

Good day all. I made a purchase a while back on a AliExpress for a controller. The item was ordered on April 11. The EDD was the 7th of this month. It was shipped by the 15th and was stuck on departed from transit country till it was updated on the 5th and it now says arrived at linehaul office on the AliExpress tracking so what do I do from there. I’ve read up in the thread but I’m still a bit confused 😅. I’ve gone to other sites to track and attached the screenshots. From the tracking number I know the package would be with NIPOST but I’ve not gotten a text, call or email from them. I emailed them today and await a response. Do I check their nearest office or still wait?

I guess everyone has their own issues, peoples experiences could differ, my experience with them has been lit, except that period CBN limited naira and it was hard to get money, and they had bank network issues, when if you transfer it, takes time befr it gets to the receivers account. Now everything is resolved, if i make any transfer the receiver receives the money within seconds, no be cap.

Their services are top notch, i guess it's because they are an international bank, they are almost everywhere in the world.

I looked at your your link and did not see anything to contradict my stance just a Nigerian newspaper biggying up some diasporan Nigerians. I asked you to show me examples of Nigerian Wittgenstein, Shostakovich and Grigori Perelman but you showed something more mundane. The surgeon is quite smart though. Professor Gabriel Oyibo is in that class although his equation is not elegant.
It confirmed my suspicion that Nigerians lack control, emotional quotient , maturity and discipline to build strong institutions but would perform well if they live where such is available.
My nephew a theoretical physicist and research scientist got his PhD at twenty six and lectures at a university in Hong Kong but that doesn't mean Nigerians are smart.
The socio political and economic well-being of a country is directly related to the intelligence of it's citizens.Bank cashiers in the UK hold GCSE certificates but in Nigeria they are graduates and make more mistakes.Ask a Nigerian graduate to show you the pleiades in the night sky and he'll be puzzled.
When a people make choices that are cosmologically insignificant, selfish and meaningless, they become nonentities and their country will be ruined ,mocked and hard to live in.,any bells ringing yet Voting thief a instead of thief b does not make you smart.Smart youths would have formed their own party and elbow out the old. Oh, I completely forgot the youths are also thieves and guns were fired during the SUG elections lol.

They make errors in British banks too. The difference is the oversight, or lack thereof in Nigerian institutions in addition to the Nigerian tendency to try and run everything on a shoe string and cut corners. This leads to banks, including back office, being woefully undermanned as well as poorly equipped.

The other thing that you need to understand is that a lot of fraud and mistakes are covered up or dealt with quietly by banks in the UK.

Clearly you haven't been in the UK long enough to realize how stupid some of the people working in banks are, including investment banks.

You said that Nigerians aren't very intelligent which may or may not be true. The real issue is how spineless they are bred to be. They grow up in a might makes right society, a highly superstitious society and thus believe that those in positions of authority, those with power must have done something right to get there. Your post smacks of such thinking.

It means your item has experience a custom clearance delay. This is due to the ongoing NAHCO strike. It is likely to be clear once the strike is over.
