We prefer to acquire skills instead of trades, most Yoruba men believe trading is for women, that's why you will hardly see a Yoruba man selling goods like Pepper and tomatoes, clothes and shoes, onions, food stuffs, yams, fishes etc like Igbo and Hausa men. We believe those stuffs are for women

Yoruba have given up most of those trading business to you guys mentally, but when the opportunities present itself.
