Get this drug (Bravecto) and follow the manufacturers instruction. Also, you can get fipronil spray and use occasionally. I will be on standby

Good afternoon Sir

Excellent sir, you've done well. I can observe a compacted fracture, hence put your mind at rest. Just rest her, avoid pressure and force to that particular area. Then give her pain relievers if she is encountering pain, also give her calcium supplements and multivitamins too. I'll be on standby

This is inflammation of the womb which can be due to bacterial infection. It can be prevented and at the same time cured. Ensure proper hygiene and also ensure that the stud for mating is free from disease

I’m actually in a confused state right now ! What is the disease that causes a dog not to lactate after birth called ? Because I have an issue here and it’s gonna be a long talk

Talking to different vets will make someone so confused up and dealing with just one vet might make someone start doubting if something goes wrong .. here is the thing and I’ma make it brief ,my dog gave birth last months , 8 pups yeah , the pups were healthy for two weeks but started getting sick after 2 Weeks , first problem was their mom couldn’t lactate that much even after getting that injections that will make her lactate , so the pups were based on NAN formula mainly so it was basically hand feeding ,the pups were good for those two weeks but the food formula wasn’t enough for them , we tried give the mother the injections again to make her lactate but she couldn’t do much milk or little milk ,those pups started dying one after the other and not at once ….. I actually do not know what could be so wrong.. the dog that was in charge was even confused up too ,he gave the pups injections they got well after some times they started getting sick again

The vet got confused up , he brought his boss that one came treated the pups thinking all will be fine but he said the pups should get breastfed by their mother but since the mum isn’t lactating nko?
He said the mother has metritis or something ,says it deals with brain not allowing the mother to produce milk or something, that he will place the mother on injections for three days then after there the dog will be placed on monthly antibiotics and multivitamins or something, I just had to chill ,now I told the vet I usually buy dog feed from the whole thing but she insisted that there is nothing wrong with the mother dog , that pups other 3 weeks should not even be given injections, now I lost all pups and I don’t want this situation to occur again

Hello I have a female Boerbel that's almost 2 years old now. And recently I suddenly started noticing the stomach getting bigger everyday. It's nothing crazy but it's obvious it's suddenly different in few days.

Back story: I'm totally worried because I had a German shepherd with the same issue that ended up dying due to Internal building while the vets were trying to drain the stomach. But this German shepherd had eaten a drug that directly attacks the liver(broke into the house and kitchen at night) that was meant for rats when it was small so I totally understood why it'd have that issue months later. That was the only time we ever used that drug.

I want to believe I can't be so unfortunate to have another dog develop that type of issue just few months later.

Please what can cause a sudden increase in stomach size in a Boerbel?

I'd have suspected pregnancy but there are no changes in the breasts. It's all still tiny.

Please I need help.

No sir. I live in Akure. Not sure there are competent vet clinics around. Even the state one.

I'll try to get somewhere that I can do a scan. Tbh, just need anyone to tell me what it could be apart from Ascitic fluid. So I can be at least a bit optimistic. Even if it's 10% optimism. Cuz I'm totally weak as it is.

From upper view it looks like it's finally getting fat but it's actually the stomach that's getting filled.
