Download Ironwill, Quitzilla, I am sober and most expecially to monitor how long you spend on social media/open your phone, Space is the best app for that.

If there is any app that you are so addicted to, or habit, delete it and use the ironwill or quitzilla to monitor your progress.
In case you are using your data to acquire skills or invest in yourself that's a good thing btw.
