LeoDeKing: We've had professors of law admitting to it. Even Mike Ozekhome and Femi Falana, whom are amongst the top lawyers in Nigeria have admitted to it, so what are you saying? You neither read law, nor journalism to argue blindly. I rest my case. |

Maize247:It is not mumu talk. If you win FCT and did not achieve 25% in 36 States also takes you nowhere. That is the constitution. FCT is a federal composition representing all 36 states |
Re: “Nobody Can Be Nigeria's President Without Getting 25% In FCT”—Kadaria Ahmed by Bluffly: 7:29pm On May 22, 2023 |

Re: “Nobody Can Be Nigeria's President Without Getting 25% In FCT”—Kadaria Ahmed by Maize247(f): 7:39pm On May 22, 2023 |
Bluffly:That's your personal interpretation. Are you more vast in law than some SAN and INEC. That law is ambiguous and it is only the court that can tell us what it means so keep calm and stop the bully of the judiciary |
Re: “Nobody Can Be Nigeria's President Without Getting 25% In FCT”—Kadaria Ahmed by achimendy(m): 7:43pm On May 22, 2023 |
Maize247: As stated earlier, the Constitution provides in Section 134 (2) (a) and (b) that a candidate must (a) have the highest number of votes cast at the election; and (b) have not less than 25% of votes cast in two-third of all the States in the Federation and the FCT before he can be declared as president. Olodo read and understand before you'll start talking foolishly. All this Tinubu demented followers. |
Re: “Nobody Can Be Nigeria's President Without Getting 25% In FCT”—Kadaria Ahmed by Bluffly: 7:45pm On May 22, 2023 |
Maize247:I do not think your level of knowledge is my fault in anyways. If the court permits a defendant to represent himself/herself in the court of law, where is the case of the politial honorary position of SAN that is romancing you. You even mentioned INEC.

Nooner: Doesn't it sound ironical that someone calling others Mumu is showing his stark illiteracy which made him the "most ignorant Mumu ? how is FCT compared to Oshogbo? stop wasting your time trying to educate that "sedimentary rock" cos it is waste of your irrecoverable time. The case is in the court let everyone waits for the court decision but like you said FCT has no substantive Governor and it made sense for the drafters to ensure that anyone going to rule FCT must have 25% |
Re: “Nobody Can Be Nigeria's President Without Getting 25% In FCT”—Kadaria Ahmed by Maize247(f): 7:50pm On May 22, 2023 |
