I don't know how far you've read, but i think you need a professional interpretation and understanding of the constitution.

The Judges are there to help you break it down to a layman's understanding.
That's why the case is in court.

But hope the judges won't suddenly become illiterates again when their interpretations don't suit your understanding.

I just asked you a simple question which is your answer. It's not about the people, but the state. The state is all what we are talking about. The people do not matter, but the state. Is Abuja a state? if it is a state, then it's among the state's and doesn't need any special place. But since Abuja is not included in a State in Nigeria, it means it's sits as a body and entity existing on its own. Now you can get all other states, but if you don't get this particular entity too, then you loose. You can get your girl pregnant for all I care, but because you never married her, she can take her children anytime. This is explained in a layman's terms for you now

Don't worry, d court will soon decide. Make everyone rest.

That's the opinion of Kadaira, what about the Falana and other senior lawyers that say it's not important and that it's not the interpretation of the law. By the way, is Kadaira a lawyer

We've had professors of law admitting to it.

Even Mike Ozekhome and Femi Falana, whom are amongst the top lawyers in Nigeria have admitted to it, so what are you saying?

You neither read law, nor journalism to argue blindly.

I rest my case.

Tinubu is going no where.
He knows he didn't win the majority nor the constitutional requirement.

He believes he has acquired so much money and can buy the presidency and the constitution.

Yes he has bought many but he cannot buy the citizens of the new Nigeria. He is heading for a grevious collaspe.
If I may ask ,who are the citizens,is it IPOB?

Is lying also part of the "unblindly"?

Which of the Femi Falanas admitted to it? Is it the same Femi Falana that first condemned the "compulsory FCT" 25% dogshit?

Today was the commissioning of dangote refinery in lagos. Guess who represented the president elect. It was the vice president elect. Tinubu might be brilliant then but he is sick now, the country would be on auto pilot just like buhari. Forget putting brilliant ministers etc, if your not there to monitor them and charge the to work effectively. Nothing will come out. To run a government is the same way you run a business.
I don't know what's the obsession with Tinubu.
Bythe way, between Tinubu and Joe Biden, who do you think has better physical appearance?

As stated earlier, the Constitution provides in Section 134 (2) (a) and (b) that a candidate must (a) have the highest number of votes cast at the election; and (b) have not less than 25% of votes cast in two-third of all the States in the Federation and the FCT before he can be declared as president.

I do not think your level of knowledge is my fault in anyways. If the court permits a defendant to represent himself/herself in the court of law, where is the case of the politial honorary position of SAN that is romancing you. You even mentioned INEC.

Re: “Nobody Can Be Nigeria's President Without Getting 25% In FCT”—Kadaria Ahmed by Agadinaagwuofe: 7:49pm On May 22, 2023
Nooner:

The 25% is needed in Abuja, as there’s no governor in Abuja, therefore it’s required to have the 25% cuz you’re the president and governor of FCT. Also this is a federal issue not a state issue compared to adeleke.

Doesn't it sound ironical that someone calling others Mumu is showing his stark illiteracy which made him the "most ignorant Mumu ? how is FCT compared to Oshogbo? stop wasting your time trying to educate that "sedimentary rock" cos it is waste of your irrecoverable time. The case is in the court let everyone waits for the court decision but like you said FCT has no substantive Governor and it made sense for the drafters to ensure that anyone going to rule FCT must have 25%

Did you follow the us election between hillary Clinton and trump and what made hillary Clinton to lose the election?.

Physicist:
It is not logical that a candidate must have votes of at least 25% in FCT to win the Presidential election. If a candidate wins with a margin of 98% in 36 states but the same candidate polls 20% in FCT and some people insist there is 25% FCT provision that prevents the candidate from becoming President. Then, that reasoning is not logical at all.
