U get cassava and after harvesting it you take it to Brazil for it to be processed and then pay to bring it back to your house while you have all it takes to produce it to garri or fufu. It’s easier said than done with regards to Nigerian politics. The problem itself is from the political class. Only in a military rule that can be possible. It’s very deep.

The last time I checked, NNPC is the sole importer of fuel.
No independent marketer is importing fuel since, at least, 7 years ago. So if there are subsidy thieves, they are Mele Kyari and Buhari.
