the plan exactly!
i believe BAT incited them to do this

BAT wants to remain president as long as the court case lasts.
He knows he has no chance surviving all the obstacles on his way before the judges and the lawyers of the opposition camps.

You all are the ones making things difficult.
Instead of you all to insist on palliatives for subsidy, you want this stupid fraud to continue.
Are you following the developments in Nigeria from another planet? You think palliative measures will hastily be put in place when the new numbskull administration goofed by putting the cart in front of the horse?
Palliatives should have come before the subsidy removal and not the other way round. Got it?

Good! I can't continue buying 14 liters of fuel for 8000 every three days in Abuja. I expect Federal government to put in place some palliative to cussion the effects on the poor masses. I can't wait to join the protest in Abuja. First time to join protest

Why are some people even complaining? During the campaign, presdo tinubu promised to continue from ex-presdo Buhari stopped. In order words, he promised to continue the good works of Buhari which he has started.
Some people voted him even with promise of continuity and now you want him to go auto reverse and do magic. No we must see it to the end.

Wat a joke

Okay...

But, wait..

Who exactly are the workforce , working at these dead refineries all these years No be the same members of NLC
.I don't understand why the NLC excos can't help the government sanitise the workforce for efficient delivery.

If Government get money and they are just being wicked, NLC should know..

If Government no get money true true to pay for subsidy...NLC should know..

Who are the people behind the transport of subsidize fuel from Nigeria to other countries...can this be done without any organ of NLC members in the know

NLC should really champion revolution devoid of protest within the workforce...they should beging to name and shame political appointees that may want to use them for corruption..

I am 100% certain if certain workers, at Federal , State or Local government is not party to corruption..no way political appointees or elected officers can embezzle our funds.

What is new about what’s happening?
It is expected that people will protest.

Subsidy removal is the best thing that will happen to Nigeria. We know it would be difficult at first, but it will yield fruits eventually.

Patapata, the government will negotiate with Labour and increase minimum wage.

SUBSIDY MUST GO NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best time to remove subsidy was 2012, the next best time is 2023.

Even if fuel is 1000, it's a phase that is inevitable

As an hauling driver it has been so hard to make 2k after fueling and expenses since last week Tuesday. Ask other BOLT drivers how life has been miserable since the increased the cost of fueling. They should please return it

you are very funny, talking as if you are not in Nigeria, what palliative will a Nigerian politician give you?during vivid what happened?did you not see warehouses full to the brim of essential goods meant for the poor but hoarded to be sold later,in your mind what type of palliative do you what?.
As a citizen of Nigeria what I believe could have been the way forward is for the current president to focus his 100% energy on improving electricity and roods, talk with the labour groups and increase salary, drop the ban on use of motorbikes and scooters, then remove the subsidy with labour approval,we don't want beans and indomie palliatives again.

All those things you mentioned are not feasible. Subsidy is not in the 2023 budget so are we going to keep getting indebted paying for it? With trillions paid yearly for subsidy, how will capital projects ever see the light of day? With fuel subsidy in place, even Obama will be handicapped as president. Let this go now. There are good times and hard times, trying to forestall the hardtimes is extending the evil day.

Ok let subsidy continue and we get indebted with another trillion of Naira while the fuel marketers who are %0.000005 of the population keep getting richer.

Yet, they will also be happy that the strike would affect the TRIBUNALS across the country...

But unfortunately for them, the strike won't affect any single ongoing tribunal..
