kingthreat:Are you following the developments in Nigeria from another planet? You think palliative measures will hastily be put in place when the new numbskull administration goofed by putting the cart in front of the horse? Palliatives should have come before the subsidy removal and not the other way round. Got it? |

Good! I can't continue buying 14 liters of fuel for 8000 every three days in Abuja. I expect Federal government to put in place some palliative to cussion the effects on the poor masses. I can't wait to join the protest in Abuja. First time to join protest 1 Like |

Why are some people even complaining? During the campaign, presdo tinubu promised to continue from ex-presdo Buhari stopped. In order words, he promised to continue the good works of Buhari which he has started. Some people voted him even with promise of continuity and now you want him to go auto reverse and do magic. No we must see it to the end. |

LagosFirstSon: Lol π What is new about whatβs happening? It is expected that people will protest. Subsidy removal is the best thing that will happen to Nigeria. We know it would be difficult at first, but it will yield fruits eventually. Patapata, the government will negotiate with Labour and increase minimum wage. SUBSIDY MUST GO NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

As an hauling driver it has been so hard to make 2k after fueling and expenses since last week Tuesday. Ask other BOLT drivers how life has been miserable since the increased the cost of fueling. They should please return it |

okoroemeka: All those things you mentioned are not feasible. Subsidy is not in the 2023 budget so are we going to keep getting indebted paying for it? With trillions paid yearly for subsidy, how will capital projects ever see the light of day? With fuel subsidy in place, even Obama will be handicapped as president. Let this go now. There are good times and hard times, trying to forestall the hardtimes is extending the evil day. |
