i live around tipper garage and i can bet tell you they are worst.

If you listen to them that Elebu light is stable, you're in for a long thing.

I have been here for a while now and they only bring their light at midnight between 1,2,3 am and take it before or by 5am. They can decide to flash it for like 5 or 10 minutes at 6:30am. Sometimes you're lucky to have light at 2 or 3pm for two or three hours. Every other time is total blackout.

Coming here has been a mistake. A lot of very very bad road and epileptic power supply. I used to have over 20+ hours of light daily before coming here. Generator noises will nearly make you deaf.

I know of Jos since my time in Zaria. At least I know of Jos-north around rukuba barracks & those Polo area

One of the good place in jos is Rayfield and u can get 2 bedroom apartment en suite at 600k per annum... 24hrs constant light.

Other places that are secured and conductive like Lamingo and Haske....u can get two bedrooms ensuite at 350k-400k....at 18hrs electricity.

Rents depends on the neighborhoods , though in Jos , there are two power companies , jedc ( jos electricity distribution company ) and nesco, nesco is better than jedc cos their light is uninterrupted , while jedc tries to keep up , in fact in Jos almost all houses has prepaid meter so if the companies don’t give light , they lose , the most expensive neighborhoods in jos are Rayfield , federal lowcost and state lowcost , my friend lives in Rayfield , he’s two bedroom flats rents cost 700k , I think that’s the highest I’ve seen …. But you can get rents for 200- 400k …jos is a cheap town .

I lived on oluyole estate ringroad for 18 years but later The industries did us wayo, from 20hrs e became 6hrs at some point but later bosted back to 12hrs above or below at times. Jericho not bad, I stayed 1 year but from 7pm its a lone road.. I drive fast as far as 120 km/h , I witnessed assassination that aleshinloye/FRIN road.

I lived there 1 & half, anytime from 7pm, mehn onr gat Hit GAS , if not u could be anguished or robbed. I no use my money finish ran back to ringroad n later settled back area where I grew up
