Correct Headline: Peter Obi presented 18,000 blurred INEC certified Documents Uploaded on IREV.

The question intelligent minds will ask is, how was INEC able to read the blurred INEC results and declare Tinubu as the alleged winner of 2023 presidential elections?

Labour Party, Obi and the Dis_OBI_dient mob should stop LABOURing in vain ! All these evidence that you are presenting are all hogwash. Anything obtained and presented from IREV is not sacrosanct and cannot be superior to the hardcopies signed by all the party agents. Screaming that the results were not uploaded on the IREV Portal does not hold water because the term REAL TIME is a subjective one that means AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. As we all know, the results were uploaded eventually. All computer literate individuals would know that you may send an email at a particular time and it may not be delivered to the targeted recipient several hours or even days later. Therefore, physical uploading of election results on IREV portal could therefore be deemed to have occurred at the time intended but delayed due to PLAUSIBLE network congestion, which is beyond the liability of INEC.

You will have better luck if you could point out that SUBSTANTIAL number of results available on the IREV Portal are totally different from the hard copy issued to your party agents. Note that there were over 170,000 Polling Units and corresponding results generated. Statistically, there are bound to be some errors. If such errors are not sufficient to change the final outcome of the election, therefore the already declared winner stands.

That's a very misleading headline.

It's very subtle,but very misleading.
Every documents the petitioners tendered in court are certified copies they got from INEC.
They even paid to get access to them.

INEC should be the one answering some serious questions on how they used certified documents from them that's blurred to declare Tinubu the president of Nigeria.

Unfortunately, a sitting President has never been unseated in Nigeria, at least to the best of my knowledge!

The Judiciary is just killing time, and playing the usual game of acting like they are listening to the complaints!... We all know how it will end!
No court in Nigeria of today will unseat any president that has been sworn in without any crisis irrespective of whatever happened during the election.
It means the sworn in date will change resulting to an irregular date. Even the courts are now mindful of overturning state elections except the vested interest is very strong.
If Ihedioah of Imo never go about demolishing here and there like current Kano gov, the court might not have removed him. The court care more about stability than whatever evidence the parties are bringing to the table
