I just saw the video and I think this might be like the case of that man that said Yorubas are "political rascals". I think anyone charitable to the man would definitely see that he was trying to say "they are not doing this because they're yorubas, they're doing it because they're political rascals and their tribe has little to do with it" but anyone not as charitable will conclude he's saying "all yorubas are political rascals"

Hahahaha. The first guy asked her, what does she listen to. The other guy then put the question this way, What does Kamala Harris listen to when she was high, she looked and started laughing and answered. Definitely Snoop Dogg and Pac.

The first guy then asked again, what does she listen to now, she now answered, Cardi B.

Fantastic choreographed fight scenes. Story line is ok not Breaking Bad level but not terrible either.

Ibime:

What's your take on Into the badlands?

Someone recommended it, make I no go waste time
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by chrisooblog: 10:28am On Jun 17, 2023
Kudos to Soludo but I'm not sure about importing a variety of palm oil seedlings we already have here.

BlueRayDick:

It’s actually a sad tale that Nigeria is going to import Malaysian oil palm seed 63 years after independence .

I remember my old man telling me tales of how Malaysian government came to naija in the 60’s to get our oil palm seed which they planted and years after it became a major source of income for the Asian country .

It’s ironical that we are now going there to Pay to import the same seedlings we gave them freely 🤦‍♂️. That’s just the tale of Nigeria . We just mismanage everything .

Kudos to Soludo sha , it make sense if the youth in his state will till the land and make something out of it than they being hooked on crystal meth and sagging their trousers here and there .

Breaking bad is overhyped , there’s nothing special about the storyline !

I didn’t say we already have it ; what I said was that they came here and exported the same seedlings we are about importing .

My post was very clear on that .

I think you misunderstood my post I'm not criticizing what you said. I'm querying Soludo for wanting to import the variety of oil palm seedlings we already have in abundance.

Sci-fi? Not my thing at all. Only one I've managed to enjoy is Severance. Unfortunately, it's not available on Netflix and Prime.

People should stop making mountain out of mole hill as it concerns this student loan especially the guarantor aspect .

There’s nothing special about requesting for a civil servant on grade level 12 as guarantor ( That’s the requirement and not director level which the Op mischievously claim is being required ). Sooner or later , u will have to provide a guarantor on that level .

I remember the first job I got after NYSC , they required a guarantor who is either a civil servant on grade 12 or Senior manager in the bank or pastor/imam/traditional ruler . It’s either u provide them or u can continue to remain hopeful in the labour market. I didn’t even know anyone on that grade level in an instant , but after talking to somebody that knows somebody; I had people who don’t know me signing the guarantor form for me .

Na naija we dey , the guarantor part should be the least of anybody’s worry . When ur future depends on something , u will find a way around it Abeg !

My own is; why is that it's this Tinubu's– sorry Tribune Newspaper his lawyers are always referencing? grin grin

Why will INEC make such an important announcement, yet independent media did not carry it, to corroborate it?

I hope the court considers the veracity of that dubious publication they're always referring to as proof that Manhood decided to change the decision to transmit the election results live.

Look at Obi's counsel who have brought witnesses from different TV stations just to back up their case.

You are equating securing a job with borrowing?

I think your both parent had income worth more than 50k per month n still had to beg for someone to stand in for a job not borrowing o...

Do you even know that if your father was a gateman n your mother a petty trader....your household still have an income worth more than 500k per year??.

You ..in your right sense, would u stand as a surety for a family earning below 41k combined gor a loan....where no job is guarantee

U are conflating issues . I’ve already mentioned it here before now that the #500k combined family income makes no sense and Larride pointed it out that there’s likely to be an amendment of that since what was being shared on the media space is the old framework of the student loan while it was in process .

That being said , my last paragraph has already addressed the issue of guarantor .

If u need a guarantor for something that will affect ur future today, I can bet u will find a way around it . Except u and ur family members have terrible characters and nobody is willing to vouch for u. I’ve signed guarantor forms and charctwr refrence form for people before , it’s no big deal( I only sign for people I can vouch for to an extent ) .

Like I said earlier, the guarantor aspect is the least of anybody’s worry. For example, a student who finished secondary school from a public secondary school can get his or her former teachers who are on grade level 12 and above in the state teaching service to sign for him/her . It’s because u think anybody that gets the loan will run away with it; that’s why u are having paranoia over the whole guarantor requirement .
