What dose 214b means ?

It's not about your answers being wrong, it's about how you present them. Based on what you just wrote, the probability of being granted is low because you didn't explain anything at all.

I would advise you write GRE to improve your chances of been offered admission and then getting funding

It takes about 2-3 days after payment before you would be able to schedule an interview so no.
And the holiday doesn’t affect the website.

Mpower loan and personal funds were put together under FAMILY FUNDS while person funds column is zero and is even less than what I sent to them via my personal statement of account and cover letter from MPOWER FINANCING. Firstly , you finished highschool 3yrs ago, what have you been doing? what did u fill on ur ds160 as ur current employment? then ur post graduate plans, no clear goal of what u want to do w the intended degree. message me thru nairaland. I was approved on that day same27th, let me guide you all for FREE. since you intend to reapply again.

I will advise you do Wes evaluation (compulsory) and try writing GRE if possible. There are schools accepting HND certificate in US, most times they call it degree equivalent.
