TrainPark:

1. subsidy removal: he showed fearless decision making (wether the outcome is good or bad we shall see)

2. Key Appointments: I think the personnel are good quality Appointments

3. Harmony: He was able to maintain some Harmony in the National Assembly

4. Leadership posture: the country feels like I has a leader now not on autopilot.

5 hope: I think there is some bit of hope now in the future ( it remains to be seen)

1. committing murder or kidnapping is a fearless decision. do you judge a decision based on whether it is fearless or based on the outcome? are you saying that up till now you dont see the outcome of the "fearless decision"?

2. how is making appointment in positions an achievement?

3. which harmony has he maintained in the national assembly? is it his job to maintain harmony in the national assembly?

4. how does the country feel like it has a leader because tinubu is president?

5. you say "it remains to be seen". you arent even sure of the hope you are talking about and you say there is hope. if it "it remains to be seen", how then is hope?

NB: fuel subsidy was completely removed in 2020. which one are you saying that tinubu has removed again?

It's too early to judge him, but the subsidy removal has worsened the bad situation he met on ground.

To be fair and honest, things are really hard, there's poverty in the land.

Tinubu should please reverse the subsidy removal for now, it can be done later

He should not treat us this way

A good leader listens to his people when they cry.
Dont say he should remove it,you are the least of the people fuel subsidy removal affected, those who it affected are really fighting back. Their only weapon is to impoverish us to fight the govt,we shouldnt allowed be used.
Ask yourself what have we achieved with fuel subsidy and CBN exchange rate? Even with the subsidy our inflation rate was 22.22%. Killing corruption is not easy because e go affect us before we start to dey enjoy corruption free system.

We can only wait to see how he is going to cushion the subsidy removal effect on us and I pray it benefits the poor.
if not e no go tey before we burnt the country. Meself dey first o but I wan give am small time.

From every indications, we are in for a big trouble, they are not prepared and lacked the prerequisite knowledge required to solve the huge problems we have. By the stroke of fingers, oil subsidy gone and we are plunged into unimaginable crisis.
More unplanned decisions will be made and more problems for the common man will emerge, it is not about taking hard decisions, it is about planning and executing your objectives.

Today makes it exactly one month since Bola Ahmed Tinubu was sworn in as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Since he took the oath of office, the president has made some tough calls and decisions. He has also made some appointments.

One month later, how has he performed so far?

Many people are now working to pay transport and eat

Don't even mention fighting corruption oo

Let's just forget about corruption and focus on the the way to move the country forward

Tinubu is corruption himself, he can't fight corruption, he can't. The process that brought him in is openly corrupt. So leave corruption.

Let him just focus and work

Leave those clowns...!

They haven't heard that "The Blind can't lead the Blind"!

How does a very Corrupt leader fight or eliminate Corruption??! Lol! grin

The arrest of CBN governor is a big one towards fighting corruption in Nigeria. By so doing the can of warm is now open, Dss have taken in others inluding EFCC boss, the former NSA name is now coming up.

The security Arms he put in place for the first time have no rivalry , never heard of retiring top officers to bring in a non qualify junior and and have receive a general applaud for him.

The truth is that if Obi were to be the one that remove the fuel subsidy which he said he will if elected, there could have been a total revolution or protest atleast but he successfully have ended it without much alarcrity even though we are expecting parliative including June salary that have not yet been paid even in the difficulties and Salah.

He was able to detect sharp practices and corruption in the IPPIS including salary padding in no time, this lead to immidiate dissolving of the rotted boards of chairmen in the ministries and parastatals which could have cripple his efforts if he try to do contrarily to the corruption they install in the organization.

Their is little or no attempt to influence the legislations obviously so far and other arms of government.

etc
His mandate speaks volume awaiting

You obviously don't know anything.
U don't even write well to start with. U even said the arrest of CBN is a big move to fight corruption. Tinubu is the one fighting your corruption?
If u had said this About maybe a lesser personality like Sanwo olu or Fashola.. your Input may have been near valid. But someone of his Calibre is coming with all the said experience is making u all hungry and u are saying he is doing greatly by arresting his party people who fought against his government. You would write more weeks, months to come.
Most of em are just ignorantly stupid and confident in it.
Imagine counting arrest of Emefiele an achievement. Such lack of insight on simple matters

His performance so far, is very poor and his policies are unhealthy to the poor masses he has decided to make the poor poorer. Most of his policies has to deal with the poor people of this Country. How on earth can he remove subsidy without anything to cushion it, now there is going to be increase in electricity tariff come July, transportation fees has increase drastically, food stuffs prices have escalated geometrically. In all these policies there is none that effect the rich.

You donā€™t have money to even fund Juneā€™s payment, your loans givers are saying you donā€™t have wait it takes again to borrow more money. Please itā€™s better this way.. letā€™s all make sacrifices and fix the economy for good. Itā€™s taking us over how many decades to remove subsidy, then we should strongly oppose it. Fixing our economy for jobs and investments is the goal.

He has done terribly so bad.

But then again, I can't say I am surprised at all because it is exactly what I was expecting.

By the time so many people find themselves in a townhall completely different from what they were expecting, that is when they will understand the full meaning of 'vote wisely'.

Re: One Month After His Inauguration: How Has President Tinubu Performed So Far? by Reference(m): 3:40pm On Jun 29, 2023
He has done a lot of positive things.
The reforms were swift and clinical, something no other regime has been able to achieve.
What has been lacking is the purposeful economic governance that follows, to make the reforms stick.
Inflation is the primary enemy and it will define this regime's success going forward.

My fear is that if inflation cannot be tamed on time it will severely damage his chances and that of his party of retaining power.
In the face of such daunting challenge some of the reforms may end up being rolled back and Nigeria's economic fortunes heading back to Egypt.

So far so good, but....
