I summoned courage to go for an HIV test yesterday. As I boarded a bike to the health centre, I had zeroed my mind to prepare for the worst.

Immediately I came out, I forgot all my promises. As for quitting, it's not easy o. Once in a while, one needs that spark to regulate the body. Maybe a companion will help if I can afford one

As for going to church, I will try tomorrow. Only if men of God keep to time. Too many offerings and Thanksgiving
