Many manufacturing companies uses diesel not fuel. Also majority bread producers didnt have Acess to bank rate forex but market rate forex.
Bread production has been regulated through the scraping of the official rate and would be more competitive now.
Besides all these companies have been increasing price of commodes without a significant increase in the salary of its workers.

We you are right, concerning the land you can source for a cheap land or worst case plant using sack and rubber in the little space around you.. The main aim is to produce what you can eat to reduce cost especial vegetables

Really so you will plant all your food needs on the idle land and they will produce crops for your consumption the next day. Your mother taught you how to bake, good for you, did she teach you how to plant wheat, process it and turn it to flour, did she teach you how to produce butter, sugar, raising agent, absorbic acid. I have stopped eating bread since last year. I pity my Yoruba friends that enjoy it with bean's. Let this baker's calm down. Don't renew your own shege. The Northerners may increase the beans shege. The south, the oil shege. They poor masses hunger shege will multiply without any palliative from promoters of the renew hope.
