They don’t really send the female team like that sha but I am not sure there was anything we could have done to keep Russo apart from mzybe throwing more money at her.

Chief it depends on how you tweak it though , the cash truly is nothing compared to the men's game but if your female team make it to the quarterfinals you can get some revenue using old Trafford at home and you know women and kids won't want to miss anything like that, Marketing and Ticket fees can bring small income depending on how far you move in the competition

Female ticket prices is chewing gum money and the average attendance is only slightly more than Principal’s Cup. How far will you go in those competitions sef with your best striker gone mid-season?

The problem of is that nobody knows how much money is available. Kane and Onana is 150m and we still need another CDM to deputise for Casemiro (maybe Amrabat) and we also need another striker even if Kane comes (maybe Hojlund). So we are looking 220m MORE after Mount.

We should be able to raise at least 120m if we offload Maguire, Sancho, McTom and Fred.

But your stadium is big na and people will surely turn up as it will be a landmark achievement for you guys, Cue the Emirates for arsenal, For sure it depends how low the ticket fee is, if well managed you might get at least 1.5m, No truly huge diff to the club's finances but it'll still be added to your financial books for the year, I read you guys are tracking our Brazilian geyse as her replacement, She's good but I don't think she can effectively replace Russo

I don’t think we’ll sign up to 5 players in this window. I’m even skeptical about us getting Kane.

As much as I love Timber(and calibre), we can't play with two dimunitive CBs.
I still think we were lucky we eventually got Martinez.
We can't "get them all".

The Timber ship sailed a long time ago. Timber and Martinez can't play in the EPL. The only way we could have used Timber is as a RB but it seems ETH has decided on Dalot and AWB.

We needed a LCB more than a RCB last season as Varane, Lindelof, and Maguire are all better at RCB, so we were lucky to get Martinez and Timber plus Martinez is the better passer of the two. Timber is faster and more agile though.

There are rumors of United looking at Geyse of Barca. She is a baller but Russo's aerial dominance will be missed next season.

He might prefer playing there but he is actually worse there in terms of performance.

I used to complain about this and one of the first changes Rangnick made when he got here was to switch him to RCB. When ETH came he did the same.

Now this is the most realistic and sensible transfer take I've read here in a while. Woe unto those who prefer an unproven fledgling to an established EPL Goal monger... I'd like to remind us of the events surrounding RVP and Tony Martial's signings, granted these were years apart but it just goes to show what 'tired legs' can bring vs 'hot new'
