emmanuelewumi: The true about Technical Analysis is that it’s mostly used for entry & exist price in market and it’s also use for short term trades. so anyone trying to give 8 months direction of market using TA is just based on assumption 3 Likes |

pluto09: TA is like weather forecasting. Humans have learned to identify major patterns, such as dry and rainy seasons, certain barometer readings, and other indicators, to predict when it is most likely to rain. Similarly, TA uses observable events on the chart to predict future price movements. Just like weather forecasting, TA cannot provide 100% certainty. Hence... , if this happens, then this other thing is likely to happen. 3 Likes |

janga: Wrong! Have you not heard of the concept of time frames and the fractal nature of the markets? As long as you can vary time frames, you can use TA. Candlesticks can be adjusted to represent minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, or even decades. Then, you can apply your TA tools. 1 Like |

Streetinvestor2:Why not look the way of comedy? If you do, what you will make in a year will be enough for you to come back and be doing in this market what Otedola, Tony Elumelu and Oba Otudeko do here. 2 Likes |

Mankindman: Brilliant! But I can assure you they will do absolutely nothing about it. Maybe, if minority shareholders ( not the praise singing paid shareholders association) can sponsor a paid advert of such letter in one or two National dailies, they will turn a new leaf, realizing eyes are on them. Shame! |

Deadlytruth: When you switch to a different time frame, the indicator can use the new data to make calculations. For example, I receive daily high, low, open, close, and volume data from Morgan Capital, and I want to analyze the weekly data, I would need to change the time frame like this: Take all of the daily highs for a trading week and consolidate them into one high. Do the same for the daily closes, the daily opens, and the daily volumes. Now I have my weekly time frame ready to be fed to any indicator I want to use. Software does that automatically. 1 Like |

ositadima1: @Osita i do understand where u’re coming from, based on timeframe using candle formation like inverted hammers representing bearish and that of hammers represent bullish in a daily/weekly/monthly tf but at a time, the trend can be invalidated and ur analysis is “void”. if someone said for short-term then that ok for me as i do use TA trade crypt0 daily/weekly and also traders cant always be 100%. try to understand that we’re using TA to predict uncertaintity of a price actions to happen at that particular times based on the probability of candle formation and trend direction for short-term before invalidated same way u explain about ur weather forecast!! |
