The percentage is 80% etc are flashy then the remaining 20% are stingy etc but at the end we both enjoy the good life because you have access to monies sha grin

Today's market will be determined by greed and fear. Many are coming to the market today to dump if the market is not looking good.
Yesterday, people with direct market access was able to sail through without being trapped.Today lots of sell orders are on the brokers table waiting execution at market prices. If the buy order can outweigh the sell, we will have a good ending today.

Panic sellers take note.

A staff of a bank exposing himself to the stock market.Hmmm how much do you earn as a banker to be exposed so high in almost all the stocks?

Who told you that bankers don't do big businesses? Some bankers are heavily involved in big businesses that even normal business people won't have funds for so take a chill pill grin

@locodemy, you have done nothing wrong. you warned earlier at the start of the rally that whoever lost money on these stocks is greedy. I hold on to that point.
Now nobody has lost any money in Japaul and cham, so what is the issue. Look at kolaish approach, he entered and leave early, he did the same thing for transacorp. One of my mentor use to say - he did not want to make all the money in the market, his target is 20%, if there is a rally he will start offloading at 40% profit. I entered FTN cocoa at 0.33k, once it pull back to 66k, i exit at 72k without regret. Same at RT briscoe. If you want to ride the rally to its peak then you must constantly monitor the market.

Please because of we your followers please continue to point us stocks to trade.
Thanks
locodemy:

Thank you.
I may not point a stock here again because I have seen that people are always after me.
A stock that delivered almost 400% profit from the day I pointed it yet you are waiting for me to tell you to sell or tell you I will sell.
This morning I saw the strength in the stock(Japaul) and even posted the screenshot to show I am right telling you to hold Japaul.
All of a sudden, a mighty wind came and begin to swallow the bids.If not coolcash who alerted me here,I would have ended up selling at the offer prices.
I still noticed that any Nsempa who didn't sell Japaul at 1.21kobo today is a greedy person because the stock was so liquid at 1.21 till market close.
If you sell at 1.21,is it a crime?
Must you sell at 1.47?
Let's learn to appreciate because no one forces me to point a stock. If I keep it myself, it will still move but I like sharing things in common.
We still have time to learn.Let today be a good day for lesson.

FMDQ LAUNCHES FIRST ETD OF ITS KIND

I was there yesterday representing my firm. It was colorful. The platform is for DM and TM only. We have the following as the DM:

1 . Access Bank
2. Zenith Bank
3. Wema bank
4. Sterling Bank
5. Stanbic IBTC

Aside this, we have 17 firms of TM of which my firm is one. The derivatives are:

1. Federal Government Bond futures

2. Dollar-Naira FX non deliverables contracts.

The underlying
Asset for the first derivatives product are basket of FGN Bonds ranging between maturity of 2 years and 30 years

The second product has $/Naira as the underlying assets

We will get there

The asset class is just derivatives. Just like you make gaaari from cassava. Gaaari is derivatives while cassava is the underlying asset. Like I said earlier FMDQ now have two separate markets for trading Federal Govt Bond and currency. One is spot market where you can actually buy and sell govt bonds ranging from 2 years to 30 years. The second is FX market where you can buy and sell FX.

To hedge those risk attached to those instruments In cash market, then derivatives market was introduced

Not that that is only two instruments that can be traded on FMDQ spot market, we have several of them. Only that two derivatives were picked to start with.

To deal in those two instruments, you must be extremely good in forecasting interest rate and FX. It is a big market that can run into trillions in a day transaction in the future if they get it right.

Just like NGX, FMDQ is the exchange where those cash market and derivatives market instrument are traded

Just like CSCS, FMDQ called their own CCP and it is called FMDQ Clear

Just like CSCS that combined both clearing and depository together, FMDQ separate their own and have another segment called FMDQ Depository

Just like a stockbroking firm whose is a dealing/Brokerage firm is called in NGX, the trading participants in FMDQ is called trading member

Just like each stockbroking firm has a bank that settled trade, FMDQ called it’s own is called Dealing member and they settle futures trade.

But remember, the minimum amount to trade with is N50,000,000 of which your initial margin is 10% deposited in your margin account

So How do we make money from all this?

ositadima1:

Bro, you're late to the party! I recommend buying Dangsugar stock without hesitation if you can get it at todays close or lower as it still pack value.

I bought more of it this morning when it was selling below yesterday's close. Some people were even lining up to buy it at a lower price, but I didn't waste any time and bought it at 22.85. By the afternoon, it was in full bid. Even if the market is red tomorrow, you can still keep the stock and collect the dividend.

The dividend payout was just 33%, meaning that they only paid out 33% of their earnings. Dangcem pays out more than 80% of its earnings, so it's likely that if Dangsugar's earnings continue to grow, the dividend will double or more. Of course, you should still do your own due diligence.

grin cool
