I read one positive news about it, partnering with one state or so, maybe Lagos, not sure.....
Could be the reason for the activities.......some investors are selling as well as some buying....
Yes it's LAGOS

Keeping eyes on Electrity stocks....

Quite some activities here and in DANGCEM.......share buy-back coming up on 17/18th, that's if they haven't started already self.

* Not any form of advice pls*
You probably don't want to recommend this stock now because of the general bear. It was bullish from all parameters few minutes ago ago. That could however change any moment though. Just as Dangote Sugar fell back to #30 within a twinkle of an eye few minutes ago.

That's why the elders here keep talking about having ur positions in liquid stocks. e get why. It's for days like this.

Some might remain in this prison for another couple of days.

imagine CHIPLC with only 3 trades so far.

you need to come out early to succeed prison break from CHAMS and JAPAUL. The queue to come out no be here.

You can keep eye on the price movement to know when it bottomed.......you know I follow the market in some of these stocks, especially not on my watchlist..... smiley

Oga EMMA as a value investor has provided enough guide for investors.
You may check out his posts on it.....as well as OGG's posts too.

* I think 22/23 shouldn't be a bad junction........that's if it gets there.

The bulls will return, but I think the whole market bears have alot to do with the pending Judgment of the Presidential Elections tribunal which should come by this month end or early August.

Uncle Tolu, I don't recommend stocks ooo.
Can only point it out for possible pick....

Besides, at different times, we've talked about DANGCEM here, the tranche share buy-backs and can remember saying it will benefit long termers who can be patient with Alhaji......Since when DANGCEM was selling at Circa 200 or so.....
Arduino should remember this, even if no one else's......make Una no mind my English. grin

** Oga Tolu, from now on self, I don't think I'll point any stock out here again.......when the going is going good, everyone will be happy, but when market turns back, it will be blame upon blame.......not encouraging at all.
* If someone should point or even for those recommending, should recommend a stock and a possible entry price, do they still want us to tell them the exit price? (Except for TA guys anyway)
I don't seems to understand people here.... smiley

Not at all, someone said NASCON made EPS of N2.48 in Q1, which was higher than the total EPS for 2022. But I advised him to always use the audited result, give a maximum growth rate of 20% and maximum PE of 15 in order to avoid over paying for the stock.

At the current price of N29.85

Dangote Sugar has EBITDA/ Market Capitalization yield of 27%.

The current free cash flow per share of N6.53 alone multiplied by minimum PE of 8 will give you about N50 per share valuation

Coupled with the cash being piled up by the company, was N175 billion in Dec 2022, it increased to over N180 billion at the end of Q1

My brother, I said it yesterday that that 248k EPS of NASCON is an annualized EPS. Q1 EPS was 62k

Divided this circled PAT with outstanding number of shares, it is equal to 62k and not 248k

The merger of Dangote Sugar, NASCON and Dangote Rice to form a new company called Dangote Foods is a continuation of Forbe rating bragging right.

Dangote Foods will have about 15 billion outstanding shares, BUA Foods currently have 18 billion outstanding shares with a market capitalization of over N2 Trillion.

BUA Foods paid a dividend of N4.50k which was about 95% of the earnings for the year, the current price of BUA Foods is over N110 per share.

Don't be surprised to see Dangote Foods at a minimum price of N60 per share going forward.

My opinion though

Not less than N100
